ji chang wook. or the emperor toghon temur. its actually based of a real thing that happened. the last king of…
They probably made Wang Yoo all great since he is Korean and they wanted to make the king of Goryeo/Korea as badass as possible since it's a Kdrama lmao
This whole girl pretending to be a male and everyone believing that shit even though she is clearly a freaking female is kinda driving me crazy. I really hate this trope! Especially because they always cast super feminine actresses for the roles. Like they aren't even androgynous looking. Many male actors can pass as females, but it's hard for most actresses to actually look like males. Anyway Ha Ji Won is such an amazing and gorgeous actress, I loved her drama Hwang Jin Yi and that's why I gave this drama a chance. She is so fitting for historical plots and strong/brave FL roles. Apart from that, I love everything about this drama. I usually despise love triangles, but I gotta admit the one in this drama between the king, the prince and the FL is quite interesting and funny.
I know some kind of power struggle (like strongest ,weakest is there in schools)But is bullying that severe in…
I agree, they straight up act like gangsters and beat the crap out of each other almost to death sometimes. Then they get away with it as it's nothing...I refuse to believe that shit is real lmao

Ikr! These actors would make a dope couple and they are both fitting for dark action plots. But sadly the plot here isn't well written. Also bromance with BL hints? So kind of like The Untamed and Word of Honor lmao
Glad to know that I'm not the only one who feels this series has lot his sparkle. It started good and promising,…
I only watched two episodes so far and well, the only reason I'm still watching is because I like the two lead actors and I watched some of their previous dramas/movies which I liked a lot. Though, I'm already getting bored at this point honestly. I don't care about the whole older sister/senior thing at all. When I read the synopsis I thought the drama would be really cool with the yakuza x cop concept, but even historical dramas that are mostly revolved around politics which I don't like that much to begin with were more fun to watch than this drama. Indeed it feels awfully slow. Also isn't this supposed to be BL not bromance?
I was waiting to see if this would be bromance or BL (and imo it doesn't need a kiss to make that distinction…
Well, they literally put LGBTQ+, Gay, Bisexual...etc tags, so I guess it will be actual BL but not too kinky. More of a shounen ai than yaoi. I'm personally okay with anything as long as it's two or more hot guys being close to each other lmao I do prefer having intimate/sex scenes and hot kisses, but I would still watch even if there are none, or it's just bromance as long as there is chemistry and it's done right.
I am quite amused how MDL has mentioned the girls roles as main .. while swordmaster is in support role
It's the Kdramas must have female leads and romance no matter how small or unnecessary they are logic. Sometimes the female leads don't even deserve to be called main characters since they barely do anything to begin with, yet the get included as main anyway.
Did you also notice that Lee Shi Woo has become not so good about the weather stuff and FL has? He is just a jealous…
Exactly! They ruined his character and turned him into a dumbass like the second male lead. He just got to know the FL, when did he become into her this much?! To the point where he is basically abandoning everything, including his passion to his job.
Ep 8 : 1- The FL's ex fiancé is finally getting tortured by his guilt for real I see. I like that, but I still wish he would stop being insecure about Shi Woo. Like his wife and the ML already broke up, stopped living together and barely interact, does he really need to keep whining over it and bother his wife like that? At this point he doesn't has any right to judge her, he cheated on his fiancé with her and now he is also trying to hurt his wife by being overly jealous and distrusting. This way their marriage will end up in such an ugly way. If him and FL decide to stay as friends for some reason in future episodes, that's fine as long as he doesn't keep trying to force himself on her and ruin the relationship between her and Shi Woo after all the crap he done to her. Hope he gets mature enough to let her be happy on her own. It's funny how he calls Shi Woo a womanizers when he himself is a cheater...
2- Not gonna lie, I'm starting to really like glasses dude (Can't remember his name) and the kinda older woman working with them. They are basically the only truly mature characters in the whole show. They deserve more screen time. I also like how they both have strong personalities and don't hesitate to be honest even if it makes them savage literally at times.
3- Why are everyone getting jealous over everyone? I mean at least the main leads let out all negative thoughts instantly by arguing and discussing as soon as they meet, instead of just keeping it inside till it turns into a bomb, I know they want to make the story more dramatic by adding angst or whatever, but seriously I wish they will stop it already. Instead of making them fight or be insecure around each other all the time, wish they would give them more sweet moments and let them get closer and improve their chemistry. I still can't 100% feel the spark. Four main leads all work in same building so of course they all gonna keep meeting and interacting almost daily, if they throw a tantrum every time they are together they all will never be happy and the plot will become awfully repetitive.
I hope they won't make them break up when others find out about their relationship or something of the sort after all this. I also don't see why it's a big deal for lovers to live together, they were dating back then. Why it's such a shame that the wife wants to hide it so much?! I liked when Shi Woo ignored his ex gf questions. She indeed doesn't have the right to ask him about his new gf. Her and her husband were cheaters then they get upset over their exes dating. I don't understand what's going on with everyone mindset. If the second lead is that upset about his wife living with Shi Woo in past, then why he didn't also scold her for not being a virgin when being with him as well? (Sarcasm here).
4- They actually ended up fighting like thugs in workplace front of others...really? Really? How much more childish are their action gonna get?! They were wrong for letting their emotions make them fight like that, it was quite the retarded scene. It's mostly second lead male's fault since he punched the ML first, I get the ML would want to defend himself in response, but was it supposed to be funny? Personally it wasn't for me. At this rate they are gonna become even more immature than 10 years old kids. Instead of growing they are going backward. I totally felt the frustration and disappointment of their chief when he scolded them. They could get fired for it. Glad at least FL defended Shi Woo, Their scene at that restaurant was cute, not gonna lie. Now if she just become more confident in herself and her relationship with the ML, throw her past relationship away and focus on her job and being happy. her character will be way better. That's her real issue.
