Solid acting aside, this was just an average drama about a bunch of obsessive, oppressed people, All of them from the father, who was so in love (lust) with another man's girl that he ruined both her and her child's life to Hi Soo who was obsessed with Ha Joon beyond measure, were obsessed with something or another.
Even the title of the drama "Mine" and the numerous reference to other people and things as "being mine" by characters tells this. Honestly, I would've dropped this drama after 2 eps if it wasn't for some reasons. Kudas and great job to actors for their realistic and fantastic portrayals!!
Completely agree with you ratings. What kept this drama popular and afloat was acting. Story wise it was neither engaging nor exciting. Just another Conglomerate drama with internal conflicts just to increase murder suspects!!
They should've named ep 4 "Pride and Prejudice" because of all the wrong judgments MC made about each other. Good thing it was solved and not dragged on.
For a debut it's good, more sad than scary, especially when story reveals itself. Plot itself is interesting but writing could be way better. First scene archive had so much potential but it wasn't used to its fullest like lead actors' talents. Worth a watch!
You're right. It is typical k-romcom with many of the usual troupes but personally I have no problem watching something I can predict every second of it if it's well made, well acted and funny. And living in similar circumstances where buying house is a faraway dream, I completely agree with you on its realism!
Story was funny and engaging and actors did a good job playing their part. I didn't like the love story though. Could've been better but still pretty interesting!
