I've got a question about Jung-ho's case

This drama is really good, pity it doesn't get much attention because of the lack of international streaming sources and good subtitles.

Really? Why?

In the book Er Sao committed suicide in early chapters and after that is only mentioned in passing. I didn't really get her story. Did LianKai really seduced her and it was his child she was carrying? Or did he really made her drink cologne and kill herself? And what was the deal with her betrayal ? I was very curious about her but conversations about her are always cut midway in the book.

Has anyone read the original novel? I haven't watched the drama but the book was dead awful. It made too little scene and at the end most of my questions were remained unanswered. Specially regarding YanYun.

I feel the same about supporting cast. I've seen Bruce Lee when it aired but not "Bridal Mask". Even though I like Park Ki Woong it never appealed to me. Maybe someday I'd give it a try....

One of the biggest problems I had with this drama was that Peud actually just stood there and filmed the murder scene as if they're doing a prank. It was such a cowardly act!!

It was my first Thai drama and I watched it bc of MDL recommendation. Plot story was good and engaging but a bit draggy toward the end.

Acting, editing, camera, etc were mediocre and average but somewhat believable.

Yes. Despite the problems I've said story has a solid structure, at the end it wraps almost all loose ends. I hope you enjoy it

This isn't an obvious, common romance kind of story. Some side couples have romantic scenes but not the main couple.

For those wondering about the absence some of her films like Memories of a Geisha and Rush hour, Hollywood or more generally non- East Asian made movies aren't listed here, as MDL is a site dedicated to East Asian film and drama.

I ran into this film unexpectedly and watched it out of boredom plus seeing familiar faces. Didn't except it to be this good. It reminded me of a similar relentless fights and endeavors in my own country.

It's very beautiful, well-acted drama just quite sad. You won't regret watching it!

This drama adds another name in my long list of forced (and tasteless) friends to lovers or better yet, platonic love to romatic love plots. The leads were great as friends and their love story didn't add anything to the story plus that ML's status as an illegitimate child and FL's being a princess meant they couldn't be together so why just don't keep them as friends and find other love interests? I was really rooting for Ok Nyo and Song guy but well, they weren't meant to be!!

The ending is super sad and all the romances are ill-fated...(

And they're supposed to fall in love after that and we're supposed to accept it and ship them!? I didn't like the drama much but because of the hype about the novel I was curious to see how it unfolds. Thanks for telling me it's absolute shit!
