I think a few of us here on MDL are lamenting that we are going to have to wait a bit for new episodes :D

I realized recently that it shows right above the Cast & Credits when the next episode is going to air: 9/14 6am

Do you think the Master helping her in the armory likes her a bit. He actually seems to have a tiny bit of her same personality.

I was disappointed for the same reason but at least I can finish this one now that it's picking up the pace at the end. So many I couldn't finish after investing time in them as it was just too much of a struggle.

She definitely brings the slap-stick into this otherwise serious drama, lol.

A lot of C-series slow down in the middle. The Legend of Zhuohua is a good example. It started off great and then dragged in the middle; however, in the last 8 or so episodes, all of the plotting among the various characters, including some surprising ones, came to light and it picked up significantly.

It was pretty funny when she ate her own crappy cooking and gagged over the banister. It elicited a rare smile from our FL.

You'll have to forgive that person. She was off her medications and someone accidentally gave her access to a keyboard. In all seriousness, I looked at the profile when she made the comment. She had just signed up, I believe the same day; thus, may have been looking to troll someone.

Great points. Plus, it would be a pretty boring series if the ML didn't go through a growth cycle but rather was super strong to begin with, outsmarted everyone right away and the series ended after 5 episodes, everything already accomplished.

They're not exploring yet; however, the back stories are interesting so it's worth the wait.

Five eps in, great so far.

Wow, this cast! Neo, Bi Wen and Wang Ying (who I've never seen before but is knocking it out of the park.) With Wuxia and SciFi elements, this is different than the usual fare offered up. Wish there were more than 27 episodes. Hoping for a season 2.

Hopefully, this is more like Warm on a Cold Night and less like Ni Chang, which spent too much time on the clothing industry to the detriment of the plot.

Not as good as previous movies / series in this genre but a fully watchable tomb raiding movie while waiting for new T/R, Wuxia, Xianxia to come out.
