its too bad they only mention her instinct just for one thing early on in the series and they do not get back to it... however she really needs to almost die to change time. so it fits the plot. we understand it as instinct but its maybe more than that?

but i love how the production is exploring the timetravel rules to the max!! i just hope she can come back to the present😭

last episode's ending is a hugeTWIST!!! i really wasnt a fan of the 'joeson' relationship of main leads, but (spoilers below)

i think u would be right but not really... other instinct moments were also just her eating, sleeping etc... the only difference is what she was wearing 😅 i think it was a loophole in the plot

Ashes to crown starts way too fast paced, and this one was way too slow in the beginning or maybe lacking tension i couldn't stay for the whole episodes...

Iwas finally able to get back to the show and i just finished!
LOVED IT! especially how the journey is paced and how the intruigue comes full circle.
Sometimes i though the reveals were underwhelming , but it's just a different style of narration. I wished we had an extra ep🙏
we had hints about a moment but forever but i did not expect to see the appearance of the ML!!
his appearance in the finale would not make me want to watch it. (but i did see it but i don't remember much besides the wind, the necklace and the deity FL is the reference for technology and their lovely transportable home)

The story was definitely rich. A lot of elements are food for thought in our century. I loved seeing the evolutions of characters and the devolution of LQQ... I really like how it ends but for me that was too open ended, we needed at least a time skip, or an epilogue.. 😭

episode 22 is probably my favourite so far! not only did we get great bonding, great dialogue, but also great action! 🔥

i was trying to understand how many steps are left

the whole immortality pill arc was like a reversed mirror for Lu's immortality. he says 'once you hold it in your hands do you ask if it's good or bad' and he clearly hates being immortal. in the early episodes as well. And i kind of understand his nonchalance and restraint better now that u mention he can loose control.

i just didn't understand how he still has powers, but in fact, when he was reborn after the 1000cuts ( is this the skin or flesh step?) he also still have his powers. so until all steps are achieved he will keep his powers, and after he looses them, somehow he gets them back?

is the pace a little slow especially that the moments are not actual 'living' but mostly just talking?

i get that he's expressive with his eyes but its too much freeze in the whole action! like it takes 5 seconds to react at everything? is it the restraint he need to do because he's too strong?

exactly!!! i hope the amnesia trope ends soon because it belittles her so much

you're right, but maybe the story tells us that the dragons were wrong and they did actually need jiling? all the time he was called the fake dragon but in fact he was... i think it's part of the premise. u may have the dragon's sign/scale/power, it takes more to win?
it's not too solid as an argument because of the final battle they give but i agree that the teamwork of the supposed couples was not really there...

is it a looot of dialogue like previous FL drama? (translate this love)

'becoming the dragon' the most disappointing part for me! as if it was nevr challenged. even wangyang's journey was more detailed. their couple story was solid and beautiful.

i thought wangyang still remembred because she had a dream?

there was definitely room for another arc😭😭😭 not just for this couple but also the other one on journey to 'leaders'
