I still think she is his mom, just in a different reality or a different reality path. Like the lady who killed herself, had the same daughter with the same husband right. The kid had the same brother/family. she is still his mom genetically but in a different reality however, if she has sex with Min Hyuk, he will still be their child.

But that, not the point, the point is he knows she looks 100% like his mom, even if she is a different person or she doesn't follow the same path as his mom hence never birth him. When he kisses her, he still knows he is kissing a copy of his mother, So I can see why people are feeling disgusted with the idea. I'm not a fan of the idea either, but if the writer wanna go in that direction I can handle it. It is not my first time watching a show with an incestuous undertone.

Anyway, I wish people will stop focusing on the romance, this show is not tagged as a romance but the majority of comments are asking about who is gonna hook up with who. This show doesn't need romance honestly the writer should focus on developing the time travel plot.

I think the husband got into an accident and he is now using a wheelchair, now I don't know if he is being held against his will or he thinks he is useless and he basically let her go so she can live her life without being burdened by him.
I mean his mom did abandon his dad when he got into an accident so he might be thinking that this is the best for her.

I think sending the tie to the police was misdirection, they wanted them to think whoever kidnaps him did it because of a grudge.

I'm all for her getting back her daughter, but I feel bad for Ji Min.

When he told her, he went to see her because she makes him smile, then in the next scene, he is walking toward her and when he sees her he smiles ..........kill me already. I'm feeling things XD . I usually don't care about romance in dramas and rarely fangirl over a couple but these two are just so cute.

I do understand tho why hacking in movies is portrayed in such a way. Hacking in real life is boring, and it takes a lot of time. You prob the system for vulnerability, exploits them,fail, try different method, throw your laptop in frustration...etc
It is really not exciting at all.
Ethical hacking is taught tho in universities in some security course however it is just the basics.

I think they are going with idea that once you change the past a new reality is created, so When the old lady killed her younger self she created a new reality, where she never grows old and sees her kid's death. However, she belongs to another path/reality where she was never visited by the older version of herself and this is how she can stay alive even though she killed her younger self.
Idk yet if she is his mom, but they have the same name, personality, looks. His mom told him not to approach her when he see her because she want him to be born as her son in this world or something like that I don't remember the exact words, so I think she probably is, she is his mom in the past before she becomes a time-traveller.

There is no romance tag , so i don't think it will have romance as some ppl except it to be.

Here the thing, you can't fix someone or be someone saviour in a relationship. That's a recipe for a disaster. He basically wants to marry her because he is lonely and feels dead inside. That is NOT a good reason to marry someone. If he doesn't resolve whatever eating at him, no amount of women will really "fix him".

I wouldn't expect romance in this type of drama. I can't answer 2nd question because it depend on your taste, It is different than season one (pace and focus) but i think both share the same vibe.
