I argue that it is a BL just no kiss scene and the romance was more with the noble master than the husband. The husband seemed more like a bromance but the noble was in obsession because of desperation and fear. Hye Seong didn’t realize how much he loved him until it was too late.
Go go squid is that show that starts off like trash but becomes golden. I actually was glad I didn’t put it down because I would’ve never realized how good it was otherwise.
I wouldn’t recommend any k dramas because PERSONALLY I feel like dramas have gone down the drain (please take into consideration I was a fan of kdramas until I started seeing stuff like the goblin and scarlet heart ryeo setting the tones for kdramas after them [oh my Venus and weightlifting fairy being the exceptions] ) but I can say cheese in the trap and the liar and his lover are love it or hate it situations because if your between then show will feel extremely mediocre to you in comparison to other dramas... I don’t think it will live up to your expectations if you had read the webcomics (good looking cast tho... as expected of k dramas)
I wish there was more chi soo, gi tae, noona scenes I felt like they were healing my heart. I wanna cry now because it was over too soon (T-T). Loved this show so much.
I wasn’t too much of a fan of terrace house because I feel like the people of the show are too reserved for my taste and the hosts feel a lil scripted except when they are dragging a joke (another thing not my cup... my humor fall more inline with Korean humor). I only watch the show when I’m extra bored and don’t have anything to watch but I have to say this season took the win for me (opening new doors) I was shipping “THE SHIP” ( if you watched you know wat I’m talking about) and ready to virtually smack a bish ;) and annoyed with some of the housemates so i definitely felt like there wasn’t a dull moment this season. The host jokes were still not funny for me so I tended to skip over that but occasionally I was curious about their opinions so I felt they became a little more open and honest this season when it came to those moments.
Eternal love was straight trash until the mains started liking each other. I like yang mi period but the best ones are when she plays a cold savage (like when she snatched them eyes back)????. I absolutely hate that they always dub the women’s voices into this annoyingly childish voice and I don’t think kris wu would’ve been a great dao Ming si. He would have the bad boy part down packed but dao Ming si was also clueless... I don’t think that part would have been as great.
