I haven't watched many because I am still not used to listening to Cantonese yet and it's hard to find subs sometimes. I'm looking forward to checking out some of these dramas. :D I've been eyeing Line Walker for awhile now. I'll probably check out Barrack O'Karma and Love in Time for October. ^^

I'm a sap so even happy, touching scenes make me cry. xD I'm fine with some tears as long as it doesn't end in tragedy. Luckily, I was able to get over most of the dramas mentioned in this article. The drama that still traumatizes me until today due to sad story is I'm Sorry I Love You (kdrama). My heart breaks for the ML. Anyways, the good thing about sad character stories is that it usually means there is some depth to the story or has well rounded characters.

Yes! Thank you! The shirtless objectification has gotten so bad that it's almost mandatory to include a shirtless scene in the first two episodes to give people something to talk about. And the scene is usually entirely unrelated to the plot (shower, etc.). Even for fans, it's not even a nice surprise, it's something they've come to expect. Also, you know it's really a problem when the camera starts zooming in on their chest.

Is it episodic? Like most American procedurals, one case per episode?
Idk if you still need an answer, but it's not episodic.

Gotta love my sports dramas. ^^ I think I have pretty similar ratings for the dramas I have seen, so I have nothing to dish about. Tumbling is so corny, but you gotta appreciate it for the lolz. I'm happy to see it in your article. xD

I think Kem should practice more on his screen presence, the way that he talks and also his voice. The acting…
Oh, I agree. His acting seemed a bit stiff. He seems to have a blank expression on his face most of the time. >_<

Ah i just really loved this drama. You're totally right about the editing. The transitions were great. So was…
As for favorite scenes, my favorite moments were when Xiao Bei learned to play CF for the first time with his brother (so cute), when Xiao Bei stood up and took his first steps, the mental hospital rescue episode, and the match with the all female team.

Ah i just really loved this drama. You're totally right about the editing. The transitions were great. So was the cinematography and cgi. And lmao at the face mask PPL. Not gonna lie, this drama had me questioning whether I needed to get a face mask.

Not that there are many e-sports dramas out there, but this makes top 2 for me.

Body swap? Hell yes. *adds to list*

I know cute posters can be deceiving, but the 2 other dramas I've seen from this director were pretty decent so I'm optimistic.

Cuz he knew xiao bei is the little brother of lu xiao nan
That's what I thought too, but later on when Xiao Bei revealed himself as the younger brother he seemed shocked and surprised like "How can there be such a coincidence?" That's what threw me off.

As for as e-sports dramas go, this is one of, if not, THE best. It is an extremely well made production with top notch action and cinematography. It is a quality drama from the ones that are already out so far.

The only thing I don't get is why does Xu Wei not like Xiao Bei in the beginning? He had no reason to.

Is the FL blind? The trailer doesn't make it seem so...
As of 4 episodes, she's going blind due to untreated poisoning. Her vision fades in and out. She's not completely blind yet.

Pretty much. ^^; All except Theppa But Maya and Nohra, but they've got triggering elements of their own or are just plain bad.
