I watched this almost 15 years later after it's release. The parody movie concept does feel a bit dated and that fake laughter was awful. I'll be honest, I didn't find it that funny, but I still managed to get into the story. I probably would have liked it a lot more if I watched it when it came out and DBSK were in their prime. There's plenty of fanservice. It is still very worth watching for the bloopers and BTS footage, which are hilarious.

I love the whole concept behind this article because I have been forced to watch a lot of horrible dramas this year and can relate. However, it's often the low rated dramas that will give you the most surprises or something to react to. Sometimes you can even find hidden gems that didn't do well because they were weird for their time lol. Ratings are subjective after all. It's a very interesting experience.

At the end of the day, this is B horror. Yes, it's got flaws, but I ended up enjoying it. I was not able to predict the story by the end. You just have to turn your brain off to enjoy it. XD

On The Real Has Come! Jun 25, 2024
It had major flaws and super irrational characters in the beginning, but I liked it. As most people are saying, the plot seems outdated for 2023, but I think that's what I liked about it. It felt a bit nostalgic. I can't remember the last time I watched a contract marriage family drama. It's actually more like a daytime soap opera than it is a weekend family drama. As long as you lower your expectations with that in mind, you might like it. I considered it cheap makjang and ended up binging the whole thing. It had a rough start, but it grew on me.

On Let's Date, Professor Xie Jun 11, 2024
Since the synopsis is a little confusing, I decided to write a new one. 🤡

Nepo baby top chef and biology professor (more like a tsundere lab tech with a PhD) meet on a blind date. Neither have been in a relationship. ML needs to date her so his parents can continue paying for his fancy restaurant. FL needs to date him for 6 months so ML's parents can fund her research. They get off on the wrong start, but end up agreeing to fake dating.

OMG such a stupid scene from the scriptwriter! Is it possible for a person to swallow a whole diamond ring plus…
I liked that proposal with the x-ray scan. 😂

This started out fantastic. It had been so long since I came across a drama with good angst and was addicting. The first third of this was great showing two storylines: the past and the present. It was done well. Unfortunately, when we caught up with the past storyline toward the middle of the series, the drama became super mediocre. Then we had a crappy ending with the last few episodes being filler episodes. So yes, I agree with the comments that say watch until episode 30 or read the novel instead. I also had major SLS too.
