Enigma... let's hope the sequel won't disappoint. I have doubt about Toey. But I don't think it will end in the…
In my experience, sequels almost always are disappointing, but one can hope! If i set the bar low, there's a good chance i wont be as disappointed. 😝

What frustrated me the most is that is that nothing was really resolved by the end of the movie. The only thing is that we as an audience come out of the movie with much more clarity on the situation.

I can see how the original novel would've been popular. FL was put in amusing awkward situations, mostly of her own doing. Unfortunately this plot was dragged into oblivion. It should have been 16-20 episodes, not 36.

I love how you included provisions and videos to go with them. ^^

The first episodes were pretty cringe, but it got a bit better after she quit. It's a decent time pass watch. I mainly loved the music and the fluffy kitty. It was also nice to see some of the behind the scenes of what it's like to be a scriptwriter and other film stuff. As for the romance, there were a lot more kisses than I was expecting...there might be some controversial* romance stuff too so be prepared for that. The drama could've been condensed and there were a few small things that irked me, but if you go in with low expectations it's not too bad.
p.s. I only use the word controversial because this drama tries to pass itself off as fluff.

Am I the only one who thought it was a lil boring?
I thought it was pretty average too. I mainly liked most scenes with Myung Joon and Roo Hee, but the comedy can be a hit or a miss.

There were so much fouling at this world cup lol. Where was the ref? It's a bit cheesy and cringey at times, but I found it to be an enjoyable, feel good, sports movie. Some of the players could've been a bit more well rounded, but they probably kept things simple in the interest of time.

On The Wedding Contract Dec 10, 2023
The poster deceivingly makes you think it's a romantic comedy with a contract marriage plot, but it's really just another one of those forced marriage melodrama lakorns. It was one step away from being a slap/kiss. ML is possessive and two faced (all smiles in front of the public, but treats FL like 💩 when they're alone). He only treats her nicely when she's asleep or unconscious so his feelings won't get caught. It reminded me of DV, but it wasn't quite DV. The lakorn is very repetitive and could’ve been condensed to 10 episodes or less. FL is weak and a damsel in distress. There's only so many times ML needs to save her from being raped before it gets old (and it got old very fast). The only thing I liked were the sheep and the kids (who were probably better off in America). The most interesting character was sadly the villain. The bottom line is there are better lakorns out there with similar plots. This was just poorly executed.

I actually really liked it. It was a wholesome and inspirational drama. It is straight up a business drama about a startup. If you don't like business dramas, then this drama is not for you. Do not watch solely for the romance. There is some romance, but it is a minimal part of the story. The biggest complaint is that it's unrealistic. I can agree with this, but at the end of the day, they break down the idea of a startup to a very simple and basic form for the audience to understand.

No but the romance between tiger and rose is definitely dubbed and I don’t think its the ml real voice
Update: Thanks. I removed it from the list. It looks like there are plenty of actors who used their real voices, but ML's voice is definitely dubbed and unfortunately he talks a lot so it's not considered minimal dubbing.

I mainly checked this out for KYK, but all three main actors are very talented, versatile actors that are known for slipping in and out of good guy and bad guy roles. I knew this drama was going to play out in an interesting way since I wouldn't have to worry about typecasting. Overall, I liked how the story played out. If you are familiar with neo noirs, you might find it a bit repetitive or predictable, but it's pretty solid.

I don't think it was predictable.
It's actually a common trope...the irony of someone becoming the man that they hated (in this case lawyer Moon). There are plenty of plots out there with negative character development, especially in this genre. I predicted this would happen as well. The title Evilive was a giveaway. It's a palindrome that looks like the word "evil" is mirrored and is depicted as a reflection on the poster. Maybe I just read too much into it. Either way, this drama falls under neo noir category and I was not surprised to see common tropes from this genre.

bcoz the drama setting is in 2008.
This is what threw me off too. They were using flip phones, but then I randomly saw a samsung galaxy phone that looked like the GS3. I was like what time period are we supposed to be in??

Lee Jin Woo x Seo Jung In connection??Endgame or just colleagues
They care for each other deeply and it's on the borderline of friends or something more. While they are not officially together in the end, they leave space open for a season 2 and continuation of the story. The drama has a complete ending though. I guess their relationship by the end can be best described as "some".

Technically both. They're more endgame, but it's not a romance.
