It was a terrible movie. A story about a stalker and an abusive husband. The scene where the female character was naked and abused was awful. Perverted creeps probably enjoyed watching that, of course.
You replied so fast lol, we have the same feelings for Seo Yeong, I don't think she'll do anything negative in the last 2 episodes since the makeup artist is now in a supportive position. ♡
When the team was eating together, I found it off-putting that that woman started a rumor about FL and ML, and after that article was published, FL didn’t even know where to sit during the lunch break. I especially disliked how that woman told the others to keep their heads down so no one would invite her. I just finished episode 10, and I liked seeing her at the director’s house, acting sweet, so right now, I like her. Also, my feelings toward the other actress were mixed; I used to think she was a grey character. But I found the conversation they had in episode 10 mature and really liked it. That’s all.
From FL’s perspective, nothing is wrong. But from the perspective of the director, the CEO, and the creepy bespectacled guy they report to, everything is all about money and personal gain. It’s unethical. Except for FL, her BFF, and her parents, the other characters in the show all have major or minor flaws. As a viewer, I’m tired of this situation.
When is the director’s ex gonna stop acting all bitchy? I’m tired just watching her, and she’s clearly not tired of being like that. Ugh. Everyone’s clinging to the FL like parasites. Enough already.
Her father and best friend tell her that she’s being selfish, and at first, their thoughts and concerns are understandable. But the greatest and most valuable thing a person can give up in life is their own life. If she is knowingly and willingly putting her life at risk, and she is 25, not a 15-year-old kid, then there’s no point in insisting so strongly against her decision.
There are two scenes I really liked in Episode 2. The first one is when the FL comes out of the audition and the ML texts her, and they meet on the bridge. They walk toward each other and end up standing so close, almost close enough to kiss. The second scene is at the very end, when the ML ties her shoelaces and looks at her face from very close. 🔥🔥 Also, Namkoong Min is well aware of how to use his voice, eyes, and facial expressions, it's truly impressive. Even though the character he plays is cold and distant, watching him is never boring. Noticing and watching his micro-expressions is such a delight.
I liked how the man spoke his mind so directly in the elevator, and I liked when he said, this conversation disgusted me. I've watched Namkoong Kim's other projects, and he's a very successful actor. Let's see what happens in the other episodes.
I finished the drama. The last few episodes felt a bit rushed, so I watched them by skipping some parts. Beiyu ended up being my favorite character. The drama also touches on the topic of AIDS, which added depth. Although I was really angry at the mother at first, toward the end I couldn’t help but feel sympathy for her. The father was just a complete idiot. As for the FL, even though she was quiet, she knew how to stand up and fight for herself, her family, and especially her older sister when necessary. I liked this drama, I'm glad I watched it. The ML didn't get much screen time, but I didn't watch it for the romance anyway. Beiyu was a character that caught my attention, and seeing his past scenes was really enjoyable for me. Also, I have to say, Liu Dan, who played the ML’s mother, is an outstanding actress. It was a beautiful drama. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10.
