Title Don't Say No
I love this series! I might get killed for this, but it's kind of like a Brady Bunch (yes, I'm old) concept where they have a conflict of the episode and resolve it within the episode. The beauty is, the couples talk things out and try to resolve the conflict. Yes, Fiat let Leon lead him down the rabbit hole, but it comes from having a certain amount of shame for his past behavior. Same as Leon, not feeling he can measure up to his older brother. If more couples regardless of gender could communicate more, they would have better relationships. The irony of this board is, when things are "toxic" people get it a tizzy, but when characters display adult behaviors, they still complain. I think this board can be a gathering place for immaturity at times.

Okei the fact that the whole drama started by slapping that toxicity was a big flex. And the fact that he started…
I think that some people left because there was too much of the girls and teachers, and too little time between Nut and Satha in the first episodes. That's okay because we don't have to hear them complain every week. Even though it's very low budget they have different types of people, and bodies. I think the actor playing Nut may be LGBT because the way he kisses is not the dead fish kiss. I just love this series. I rate after I watch the whole series so maybe it will go up a little bit.

I don't have my phone on me, but it is something like My Boy the Series International.

Question: do y'all recommend watching the full show or just BL cut?
I'm only watching the BL cuts but I don't like modern MxF Asian dramas. I only watch the other characters in relation with Mark and Ou Wen.

Episode 10 was great. I'm not sure how they are going to resolve things in 2 episodes, but I'm still ride or die for Nut and Satha. I'm glad they stopped showing the girls and the teachers.

In Ep 10 when Satha was talking to Dearny, he referred to Nut by name, not by uncle, which is what he calls Nut privately. That tells me it's a nickname, and that Satha does not have a daddy/uncle fetish.

For me this is one of the best BL series of all time. I love Leon and Kitty Boy a.k.a. Pob and his cat Pobjer,…
I think that the love scene suffered from lack of direction. I watched all four lead cast interviews pre-release of the series, and both Ja and First said the love scenes were embarrassing because they know each other. The director needed to help them overcome the embarrassment, but didn't.

The supporting characters are new for this series, but Leo and Fiat are hold overs from TT2. Ja played Sin in Until We Meet Again and I didn't recognize him without the hideous wig.

As a woman, I don't see BL as misogynist per se, because women do fantasize about many things, and the rake hero and taming the bad guy reflects in our storytelling. I've been reading BL manga for many years and there are fantasies that I didn't even think about such as tentacles and hybrid human/animal. I know that BL dramas have to be pretty tame, but women like to read violent/dark stuff and it's popular on aggregator sites. There are a lot of manga and webtoons that are twisted, violent, etc., but they are popular. One of the most popular dark manga, Saezuru Tori wa Habatakunai has an anime.

In regards to this series, I think that sanitizing Fiat's character is to appeal to the mainstream viewer and the younger SJW types who do not forgive any weaknesses in character, even from birth. Maybe Thais like TT2 more than international viewers because Mame is the producer and she chose this director again.

That's true, it's a very quick turn around. I used to hate that trope because of course, the female was always a virgin. Yet, I still read them when I was younger.

I think that I really like that this couple communicates better than a lot of real life couples I know, Leo has to get over his performance insecurity.

I agree about the directing of Ja and First. In their pre-release interviews, both stated that the love scenes were awkward because they knew each other before shooting. The director should have helped them with that. I know that not everyone likes New as a director, but he was really good at that with Perth who was only 17 at the time, and Saint.

I liked the tender love scene, but I'm vanilla and Fiat did express his desires for next time. The redemption of characters is a common romance trope. I used to read historical romances and the male lead is usually refashioned from a former promiscuous rake. Just like Leon, the promiscuous pansexual is being remodeled for Pob.

No, the shirt was hideous. I looked like he ran out of the middle of a custom suit fitting. Some of the fashion in Asian dramas are questionable.

Some of us have the emotional connection because we watched TT2 and saw the struggle Leo and Fiat went through. You don't need to watch TT2, but if you haven't watched the special episode of this series, I recommend that you do as it will give you more of a back story.

I really enjoyed this episode. I thought the love scene was sweet and wonderful. Leo is not very experienced and he wants to make Fiat happy. What is amazing is that Fiat communicated what he enjoys to Leo instead of lying to him to stroke his ego.

Do I need to watch the special episode first before watching this? is it ok to skip? 🤔
I think you should watch the special episode. The whole backstory is from TharnType 2 and the reason for so much drama is, Fiat secretly loved Leo, but because they were just friends, he didn't confess. Instead, he was promiscuous, pursuing guys who reminded him of Leo, and did this in front of Leo, so Leo knows Fiat's history. In TT 2, Fiat gets injured and becomes Type's patient. Type says something to Fiat that reminds him of Leo, so Fiat begins to relentlessly pursue Type, even after he finds out that Type has a boyfriend. Type is uncharacteristically patient with Fiat until things come to a head. Leo comes to Fiat's side and they both confess. Because of Fiat's "shameless" (sarcasm) past, in Don't Say No, there is drama over it.

I like how they are handling it because for what ever reason, some people have done things in the past they they are not necessarily proud of (ex. drugs) and so far, this series shows that your past doesn't always define your present. Leo is an example of how to treat your loved one, especially since Fiat has trauma from his family of origin.

Hope this helps.

Can someone tell me how it is so far? I watched both TT S1&S2. I enjoyed Leo and Fiat together in season two,…
What I like so far is that even though they have immature moments like most people their age, the eventually talk about what's bothering them. They also discuss Fiat's past instead of trying to sweep it under the rug.

This was the best episode yet. I've been ride or die, since episode 1, so even if the rest of the episodes are weak, 8 & 9 show that even without proper funding, and an experienced production team, this could be a very good series. They couldn't afford a proper makeup artist, but they still tried.

Jedi and Nine are going through it right now. I don't know where their relationship will go, but the actors did a great job. The actor who plays Nine did exceptionally well.
