Heat index is high but Douban comments and initial reviews are mixed. If I had to guess based on the comments most people are watching for closure from One and Only so the final rating will likely be lower than One and Only.

I hear you and as someone who loves joking about it, let me just say while its all in good fun, it is also half serious. I truly like him and appreciate his work BUT I also think the great actors have no boundaries, they do what the role requires. Tony Leung has talked about this in countless interviews and so has Chang Chen. I just don't like to see him put boundaries on himself this way bc he can do great face acting, which is something not every actor can do, most of them are just pretty faces. But these rather juvenile restrictions can get in the way of him growing into really serious roles.

Me too and so far that is what Douban audience is also saying. I must say though that even though ZSC in modern is different from the book, I quite like the portrayal so far.

The Chinese title is 定格时间 which I can roughly translate as Time Stands Still but to do it justice I would have to look at all the lyrics which I didn't and with these things it is translators preference how they choose to translate it.
