It just means they are the most high budget within Youku but the industry has been cutting budgets for years bc they are losing too much money. And the biggest difference is only actor pay so sometimes famous actors with high pay gives you crappy production values bc all the money was spent on the actors salaries. Most ridiculous example was Anle. I just yawn when I see S+. WJY hasn’t been in many dreams for years bc her ot rate is very high.
