Idk for sure but in some scenes the lip movement and sound matches so closely I suspect they were recorded live. Esp if they were scenes with very few people and not much movement. Like the one in your video. It would make no sense to dub it over unless the censors made them change words.

That is true and I feel in general in the first arc, the Gu family is very entitled. They just take it for granted that their vassals will lay their life down for them and that is just the way it is. It's doesn't sit well but is probably realistic given their social status and munificence towards their underlings all along. Not defending GJS or excusing him but I would also point out that at the time, he was still in dandy mode and didn't understand/underestimated that he had a hidden enemy the likes of LZS lurking behind WSQ who is just a dumbass and would never have spotted that. I was not happy he just rode off with LYR without a backward glance at his mentor who raised him and taught him martial arts. He just accepted he would die for him and didn't seem to mourn him either.
