Once popups start, and they are offensive, I move on. This is why I used to buy memberships on Youtube. Then the YT channel started lagging with new episodes. Then Youtube started tracking my ad blocker app, and said they would ban me if I did not remove the ad blocker. You can't win.

The worse part is when the eyebrows are almost 1/2 inch wide. They distract you from the face. LOL I have seen this in other costume dramas, as well.

He has a distinctive, recognizable voice. When you are watching him in this drama, and previous works, you think immediately that the voice matches the actor.

It looks like Liu Xue Yi is dubbing himself. On the In Blossom dramwiki page, many of the actors have a dubbing actor credit next to their character, except for Liu Xue Yi.

Xingyun/Xingzhi's eyebrows keep changing. Sometimes, they look very thick, other times, they look normal.

The CGI could have been one of the factors. It is top class. 👌

I am getting worried about Mofang. He is short of baring his fangs at Xing Zhi. At least, Shen Li put him in his place when he told her that he liked her. Xin Yun Lai is ranked #3 in the cast list, so there must be more to Mo Fang in the future.

The drama is at the midpoint. It's been moving briskly. I hope old Gu is dead. I could not stand him. Now Pan has to deal with the Madam, who might be the real villain or in cahoots with the villain. Did the Gold Sect Master survive the fire?

She was amazing in episode 15... the acting and fight scenes.

He created a myth and a legend.

Xingzhi is keeping his business private, for some reason. He doesn't want everyone to know his business. He might reveal his motives to Shen Li when they are alone. He wants Mofang to keep guessing.

I usually watch the Cdramas on my 17 inch laptop, but I switched to my 55 inch TV to watch Shen Li. The CGI and sets are amazing.

I found some of the sequences to be slow, but I was still riveted to the screen throughout the first six episodes.

So far, the production is meticulous.

I just finished episode 6. I have been watching the drama for six hours straight. The drama is riveting. I love the ML an FL. Zhao Liying's character is empowered. She was also a strong character in Story of Xingfu.

I recognized the young actor from his role in Qing Luo.

Did anyone recognize Young Pan Yue? Zhang Zi Han was Nan Nan in Qing Luo. He is a few years older, and taller. Liu Xue Yi was his biological father in Qing Luo.

Funniest scene was in Mr Gu's mansion, when Jiang and Pan Yue ripped off each other's beard and moustache. With the disguise, they looked like twins, standing next to each other. It looked like the makeup artist used the same fake beard and moustache on them. LOL

Yes! Are the episodes dropping, two daily? The drama should finish in two weeks. I like Young Master Zhou showing an interest in Shangguan Zhi. Pan is starting to get jealous. Also the "secondary" couple, Shangguan Zhi's maid and Pan's assistant... too cute.
