It was not only funny and effectively dramatic by turns, but also extremely touching and very intelligently written, with sufficient and very convincing character developments for both guys, plus a highly persuasive and original central conflict.
An excellent example for a conventional and standard light fluff being done and acted so immaculately as to be delighfully endearing and enjoyable. It was a great series.
Is there age gap-whining below? I want to read it! :D Good god, I bet they're not even ten years apart at most.
There is still one, but apparently a lot of comments were deleted for some reason. There were a lot more. I wonder if these tossers have anything to say to the real-life dream couple of Porsch and Arm where Porsch is 11 years Arm's senior (they have been together for 14 years and officially married for 7 years) or the other real life dream couple of Both and Newyear with 8 years age gap. Would they tell these happy couples they should not be together?
I was pointing out that this overwhelming negativity is an unfortunate characteristics of this site. Before shitting yourself from meltdown, next time try to consider the person to whom you reply might agree with you.
definitely the most unintentionally funny BL I have watched.
I think it is actually quite intentionally funny. It is a camp BL travesty that never seemed to take itself seriously and was self-spoofing from beginning to end.
As much as I loved the happy end and that no one died, a few things have been brushed over. Who filmed and put up to the social media that they were taken into the van and then kidnapped? I love that Dan and Yok are reunited but why did not Dan tell how he was forced to do what he did?
I am quite sure that many will find the peaceful afterlife, for both the gang and Dan, without any apparent attempt to finish them, seems unrealistic. That was my first thought too, but now they may not dare to touch them after the publicity they made.
