A screenwriter is not a powerhouse person even in Thailand, let alone in Philippines. This "and yet that screenwriter used the power he thought he had to allegedly sexual harass three people" is entirely your assumption and is not refelcted on reality. JMS has no such power in his hands, irrespective of whether he has done what he is being accused of or not.

I am not talking about those who say they need to break up. I disagree with them or at least just partially agree with them (I think they need to break up to find the way back to each other), and I am one of those thinking Oh is also at fault in some ways, even if to lesser degree. Ayacherry beautifully detailed this earlier. But they do have a point.

I am talking about those without apparent emotional intelligence to see and comprehend life is not black and white.

Cheating very often happens in straight relationships and a lot more often in gay relationships, and they do not necessarily lead to separataion, or sometimes to temporary ones only. Irrespective of this particular couple (I am talking in general, not especially about Teeh and Oh-aew), stating that your partner should never even have an erotic thought or idea about someone else while being with you (nothing much even happened here physically) but if they have, you need to break up straight away and forever is so remote from reality I cannot even find the words for. And people are butthurt for being called immature when making such blank statements. Actually it is an understatement.

For those around 15 or so, it is. For adults, life and relationships are a bit more compilcated.

Absolute bullshit. Whatever he may or may have not done, Philippines is not Thailand. BLs are not gigantic money-making machines. They are passion projects, like this one, in desperate need of sponsors to get made. The studio behind that is a moderate one, not even they have the power of being "untouchable", let alone a screenwriter.

This comment is the prime example of the 21st century new middle ages mindset of "everyone is guilty until they prove their innocence". Spanish inquisition seems like a tea party in comparison. Sigh.

Iyo Canlas was so perfectly rough-neck macho in Cheat the Series, and he is just as convincing as a slightly feminine (but never excessiviely so) jolly gay here. A truly versatile and accomplished actor.

Character development and bonding of the two main leads have started to progress but the supporting cast is mostly either boring or irritating to the extreme (the would-be flirtatious maid in particular who is a genuine slut tbf), and the sound recording is so poor I hardly hear the dialogue.

I don't know why people say it is not BL. It is clearly a blossoming romance. We did not see the final outcome, there were no making out scenes and kisses, but only because something has just started betweeen Keptawan and Nabdao.

Btw it was a pleasure to watch from start to finish. A low-budget, but expertly packaged, touching romance with lovely detail and careful characterization. My heart and soul melted literally.

I have not seen the remaining 2 episodes of Daddy Love, so I will judge when I reach there.

A curious show that started as very goofy and went completely off rails towards the end to reach a very bashful finale, but in between it provided a gradually intriguing narrative with quite a few pleasurable and even moving moments, particularly in the Win & Wit flashback story.
