Yes, it was discussed in the comment section here a while back when the episode 7 preview first hit. There is a piece of text in the episode 7 preview that says ''7 years'' and thats also around the time Kurosawa and Adachi entered the company. The restaurant scene and the fainting of Kurosawa happened 7 years ago and Kurosawa has been in love all that time. From that you can kinda understand his desperation a lot more. In the manga it was only a couple of months.

Yeah cause they're dating now but that's about it. Mayby Adachi did have a limit he doesn't want to cross with Kurosawa relationship-wise. We don't know enough information about that yet. Kurosawa could progress too quickly for Adachi or Adachi could be discouraged from loving Kurosawa by others around him. A ton of stuff can happen but in the end Adachi is gonna be on that bicycle to head to Kurosawa for some important reason.

The camera shot would definitely have me believe that its handholding, all the elements seem to be there too. They have the same swing of arms and walk right next to each other.
But here's my thoughts... Adachi tends to have his head overflow quickly during new experiences. He really openly reacts shy a lot. Now look at the preview scene again. Adachi is looking away from Kurosawa into the distance and obviously thinking about things that happened (Tsuge related things likely). Would Adachi really be able to just get distracted like that while holding hands with Kurosawa for the first time? I'd think he'd be way more focused on the holding hands part in some ways, at least showing it on his face a little. Of course this depends on what happens in the next episode but I'm just uncertain about this one.
Somehow I think they placed so much importance on the handholding.. Can it really already happen next episode? i would be happy but yeah I'm careful about being optimistic with this one.

Yes that hill which will likely be in one of the final episodes too.. Considering their clothes its not gonna be next episode (the bicycle scene) I'm a bit worried but hoping for the best.

Its edited you can see Machidas figure was pasted into it. Look at the left side of the Machida, the borders of his figure have a slightly weird look to them in some areas like his arm or even at the left side of his suit in general.
Anyway, it would've been fun if they had a show together tho!
