No some scenes do quickly get fansubbed but those are short ones on Twitter. The complete episode takes a while longer. The reason we know what happens is cause users here either understand enough Japanse or can read the context of the scenes very well or just read the spoiler posts of others for the storyline.
Okay...but for real tho, where are you all watching these episodes? ?? (I'm asking the ENG people)

Ok the updated English summary of episode 7, added a bit more text to the last scenes and used the recommendations from other users of this comment section. Its a bit cleaned up since I did the first version very fast after the episode release.

Ok so Kurosawas says ''I like you'' to Adachi. Then Kurosawa basically says he thought it was fine how things were but bit by bit that changed and he's not ok with friendzone anymore.
He reaches his hand for Adachi but Adachi looks down. Kurosawa lowers his hand. He says ''Sorry, after all forget it''. Apologises a bit more and walks off. Adachi says ''I dont know anymore'' when he's alone. Kurosawa cries while walking off. ~~THE OPENING SONG HAPPENS.~~
Back to the workplace. Adachi walks in moody and is greeted. Kurosawa thinks about how for a long time he was looked up to and proposed to. He asks one of the girls in the flashback ''Why do you like me?'' basically no one saw beyond his perfect image.
He is invited to a dinner for being an ikemen/pretty guy. They also invite Adachi since he doesn't say no. (I love how Adachi looks like he's attempting to slip away secretely here and gets caught). So at the dinner Kurosawa gets complimented for being a pretty guy by the old lady. The old rude lady wants Adachi to drink wine but he doesn't want to and says ''sorry''. Kurosawa drinks the wine for him and gets praised by others. Old lady says ''Cute'' when Kurosawa finishes his glass. She touches his hand and basically sexually harasses him. He escapes, apologises to Adachi and finds his older colleagues badmouthing him.
He walks off drunk and basically is thinking he hates being reduced to just his face and perfect appearance. He gets caught by Adachi when he faints (Insert the Skyrim intro meme here). Adachi says ''You ok?'' Kurosawa says ''A-Adachi?''. He wants to get up but Adachi stops him.
Kurosawa says ''What am I doing'' and talks about how people see him. He thinks ''Why am I telling this guy?'' Adachi says ''Thats not true''. Adachi compliments him on his research and other talents. Kurosawa says ''What is it?'' Adachi says ''Nah you just always look so perfect, seeing you like this (more human) is kinda good''. Adachi pets the chest of Kurosawa. Kurosawa cries and says ''for the first time my heart was overflown''. ''From that time I loved him''.
Then theres a scene where he keeps an eye on Adachi (his bedhead) and names his habits of taking over work and favorite kinds of girls (like Fujisaki). Kurosawa thinks''I know this love will end someday'' ''Forget it already''.
Back to Adachi at work. Kurosawa said in the beginning when he had confessed ''after this we go back to as we were before", but then Adachi thinks "what is as before?" ... "I can't get it out of my head, all the things that happened with Kurosawa" (flashbacks of Kurosawa moments) " I can't get it out of my head, everything.. everything!" His work-colleague talks to him and likely wants to give him work again but he leaves without listening.
This is where Adachu runs.. runs to his love. Thinking of Kurosawa and looking for him. Adachi thinks ''That's right.. I'' and sees Kurosawa.
The confession scene: Adachi is A Kurosawa is K.
A- ''Kurosawa!!'' K- ''Adachi? What happened? A- '' Thank goodness!'' K- ''Whats happened?'' A- ''Sorry, sorry for yesterday. '' A- ''I... was really really scared. I ran away from it. Cause we were males and colleagues and all that'' K- ''Its all good, I know'' A- ''Its not, listen to me. A- ''When I'm with you I get surprised but I also smile with you. Being together feels great. feeling like this isn't bad at all.'' A- ''No, all that aside'' A-''I.......'' A-'' I like you Kurosawa.'' A- ''Sorry if this reply is a bit late but...'' Hug happens. K- ''Is it really ok? '' A- ''Yeah'' K- ''You won't run or let go anymore?'' A- ''Ok sure'' K- ''So its an okay?'' Adachi says ''So what now?'' when they're walking. Adachi says ''Wanna go eat something? and then..'' Kurosawa says ''So.... is it ok to go your house?'' Kurosawa approaches expectingly. We basically are gonna be having the date next episode hurray!
The flashback scene to 7 years ago, the reason Kurosawa knew Adachi didn't like Western food for breakfast (his ''research'') is because he's shown very hesistant eating it while at the restaurant 7 years ago. That's right remembered his food preferences for 7 YEARS! I can't believe it.
I watched the full preview of ep 8 on Weibo and.... I am starting to think episode 8 is just Kurosawa and Adachi shipping Tsuge and delivery dude together. Adachi wishing Tsuge good luck and all that and Kurosawa exposing Tsuges crush. Also Kurosawa being extremely happy at work is so cute to see :D

Thanks for your contribution! I liked the part you mentioned about Kurosawa being in this ''glass house'' and his real self and his outer self being seperate which is shown in those scenes.
