Title The Untamed Spoiler
Could someone tell me what this drama is about in more of a simpler term?? The ratings and comments all seem so…
Watching this drama is an experience.
I'm gonna attempt a drama summary as well but a little shorter and more focused on the beginning of the drama.

The characters:
Wei Ying/Wei Wuxian/Yiling Patriarch: Has black robes with a bit of red mixed in, is a wanted criminal and has died before. Uses a flute as a weapon.
Lan Zhan/Lan Wangji/Hanguang-Jun: Has white robes and is very serious, has been searching for his dead friend for 16 years and feels guilt.

There's also Jiang Chen who wears purple robes. He's the angry non-biological brother of Wei Ying and he blames his adopted brother for a lot. He has a magical whip from his ring and has been searching for his dead brother too.

Wen Ning is the zombie dude who wears black and listens to Wei Ying. He's adorable and extremely nice.

There's also some dude with yellow robes who is also angry a lot. He was born from the sister of Jiang Chen and he doesn't have his parents anymore due to things that happened.

The colour system:
Every sect in this drama has their own colour and members will wear their sects colour so you can identify what they belong to. Then theres the students of the Lan sect who all wear white robes because they are forced to study at this sect. Even people from other sects end up there and have to wear white when attending school.
The start of the story:
It all starts with Wei Ying dying and Lan Zhan calling out to him one last time. Wei Ying gets resurrected in a new body and tries to remain hidden because he is a wanted criminal. Lan Zhan eventually recognises him (the reason how he recognised him is adorable but you'll find out way later) and Wei Ying faints after getting attacked by his brother Jiang Cheng. This starts a 30-episode long flashback explaining how Wei Ying died and other things.

Title The Untamed
Okay i just wan't to say that both the "Untamed" and "It's Okay To Not Be Okay" are both great dramas in its own…
They are both completely different dramas with different audiences. For example, there's no reason for specifically BL fans or cdrama fans to watch IOTNBO likewise there's no reason for kdrama fans to watch Untamed.
Edit: Watch whatever you want though and don't feel restrained but its just an example of the specific interests of groups of people.
Sure there is some overlap between fandoms since a lot of people just watch drama from every country but again it's a different audience.
The Untamed fandom has no reason to trashtalk a kdrama since its like comparing an orange with an apple. Both have their qualities and some like 1 more based on their tastes.

Title My Bubble Tea Spoiler
Alright so Boss cupid dude does tea-poison (love potion) our FL but I honestly don't blame him. Imagine having to spend 14 years (your entire youth) in prison for falling in love with some human.
Boss was employed as a child and had to live as an invisible existence just sniping people with love bullets until he met his love the witch daughter.

So he gets back from heaven prison and finds out that despite him not shooting the love bullet she's still with some human guy making him a second male lead. So heaven gets angry with him again for his love-adventure and he has to make her fall in love within 48 hours or he basically gets stuck in a very employee-unfriendly heaven again. I would gun fight the witch mother too for that tea just to become a human. He didn't get stuck in prison for 14 years just to miss out on becoming a human. I'm sorry to Light but at least his life isn't at risk if he doesn't get with the girl.
And that's the tea.

Well, I'm glad that at least they all like Barcelona.
Yeah female lead was selfish but I also get that open relationships or polyamory are a thing in real life too. I think the male lead should've just divorced since he is clearly uncomfortable with the entire thing. Getting him used to sharing his partner through emotional manipulation is overstepping boundaries.
I don't think you can solely blame either the ML or FL for this mess though. Even the second ML bears a bit of fault because he knows the situation as well.

Person Andrew Chau
He has found a good niche as the foreigner character in Taiwanese media but it has gotta be weird to be forced to speak broken Mandarin for your roles every time. With him growing up speaking Mandarin and all that.

You have a lot of the same favourite tags as I do! Lakorns are definitely often hidden treasures but its a minefield when you try to avoid the abuse/slap&kiss ect... tags. Still, lakorns can be incredibly fun.

Woah this series is really good. Some episodes were focused on students I didn't really care about but the general storyline was really interesting. Definitely recommend watching this!

It's time the director use a real boy for NeZha!!! Every single time, always a girl. As if Fate wasn't a hard…
Honestly wasn't bothered by it. I'm sure they would've used a real boy if they found some really handsome young boy with an innate talent for acting but that's obviously rare. In many drawings about Ne Zha he is often depicted so feminine as a young boy that he might as well be played by a girl.

This series has actually become much more interesting than I thought. There have been some interesting side-couples and the action scenes are getting better and better.
I started watching for the general chaos, weirdness and action-scenes but the story is really starting to interest me. It's kinda like a cultural experience into the weird world of Ne Zha.

The servant actor is nicknamed Ek or full name Wichai Jongprasitporn. He's always played guest roles or supportive roles. I knew him from Taddao Bussaya where he also acts as a comedic servant. He's really dramatic and funny in his acting so I immediately recognised him in Ruk Laek Pop. I think he's played in a lot of wellknown dramas though.

Vill who plays the female lead is an amazing actress who has done a lot of main roles. I knew her from Kiss of the Cobra where she is an amazing character (basically a snake-spirit queen with tons of charisma).
Anyway, Ruk Laek Pop has an amazing cast with tons of talent in it. Definitely recommend people to check it out.
As always, good article!

Found this https://m.imdb.com/name/nm7563749/
I've filled in an form to have the actor added to MDL. So unless it's wrong you should see him show up in the future.

Keep in mind before watching that it is a comedy. While some situations are a bit unrealistic for comedic purposes, the practice of gay couples fake marrying is definitely a thing in China in our current time.
