"We often regret the past and worry about the future, losing this moment now. I sincerely hope you enjoy the present moment and always stay healthy and peaceful."
That is a perfect summary of the series imo. The superpowers, scams, and all the rest of it are just there to make things exciting, but the heart of the story are those two sentences.
Hey, can somebody spoil me about Male lead superpowers ? i wanna know if it will be like 90% of the drama he doesn't…
Not sure how much you have already watched, but this is not your typical superpowers series usually seen in American dramas. While these powers are important plot devices, the series is really more about relationships (all kind, not only romantic), feelings and character development. In my opinion, the superpowers element is making it just more interesting, but it is not what making it good. Sorry if my answer is not clear, but bottom line, if you are looking for someone who goes out evernight to save someone this is not it.
Completely off topic, but if you like to watch a good series from teachers point of view try "Black Dog".An awsome…
Yes :( . But they might bring it back. I know they have done this with few series before. I actually started watching it because of Seo Hyun Jin, because I like her acting. But, I was completely sucked in into the world of that school, and these two were both excellent, but Ra Mi-ran had the more "flashy" role lol.
Any recommendation of similar dramas apart from "Hot Stove league" & "Misaeng" (these two always get mentioned)
is it just me or the pace jst got super fast , and not in a good way
I just have one thing that I felt was a bit fast, bu t otherwise I am happy with the pacing. I think if the last 2 episodes can be around 80 mins, they should have enough time to wrap things well. I think 12(maybe should have been 13) episodes for this series was a good choice. Kept things tight with very little filler scenes.
I love how easy and natural the kids’ relationship has settled. He’s courageous for the both of them and her…
Completely off topic, but if you like to watch a good series from teachers point of view try "Black Dog". An awsome performance by Ra Mi-ran as a veteran teacher passionate about the wellbeing of students.
Trying to predict the end when there is time travel and superpowers is almost pointless since anything can happens.BUT,…
Donghee & Grace are flying together :) These two have such chemistry, and I don't mean it in a sexual way. The two actresses just look good together. I would certainly watch a drama them being scammers together lol.

I am just curious how many here are going to wait until Sunday to watch both episodes together? Waiting for the last episode just sucks. So, I am not watching on Saturday.
* I kind of guessed the accident was staged and the reasons behind it. * The actual staging itself was a bit hard to believe. How did they know no other cars will pass? How do they know how long it will take him to be gone? But, it is a drama, and as they say in Kdramas "I will let it slide just this one time". * Donghee transformation to being slim again is also a bit too quick. Actually her whole storyline about weight loss is a bit of meh, and even uncomfortable watch at times.
All that said, it was a very good episode and I enjoyed it a lot, and shed some tears (that is a positive lol). Ina has grown so much as a character, and the uncle is certainly proving to be a softy under his threatning exterior.
Why?Isn't the quality of the end in terms of writing, logic, flow, and whether it makes sense or not should be…
I beg to differ that the last episode has no commercial relevance.
There are lots of people (maybe even the majority) who place disproprtional importance to the end. So, it is not in the interest of the writer or the studio to have a bad end, or more precisely, unpopular end since good, and bad are relevant and subjective. In our modern days where series can have multiple lives due to streaming and globalisation, it is actually very important for writers and studios to build a reputation of producing popular dramas so they can have more commission in the future.
..and it is exactly that desire to have more future work that make them ignore the natural flow of things many times in favour of what they think is popular.
Of course some writers are just bad, but when you see characters suddenly start behaving completely differently, or everyone has a mass moral awakining so that we get a happy ending I tend to guess this is pressure from studios forcing writers to have happy ending so people are happy and rate dramas highly.
There are few brave souls who go against the tide, and I have MASSIVE respect for them.
It's been good so far, but I fear for the final episodes. I will certainly downrate the drama to oblivion, if…
Why? Isn't the quality of the end in terms of writing, logic, flow, and whether it makes sense or not should be the deciding factors? Of course deducting points for an end that you are not happy with is fair, but "To oblivion"??!! Does a happy ending even if it is ridiculous (regardless which drama) is better than a sad one that makes sense? Please, please don't take offense, but this is the type of attitude that make writers sometimes solve things in the most awful way in just 15 mins just to make it a happy ending.
I also want a happy end, but if the story leads us to a sad one, or bittersweet, so be it.
I just watch Chun Woo Hee's interview on YT. So glad she end up take this project, she almost reject it due to…
I can't say she is my favourite Korean actress, but she is certainly a good one. I have seen her in few things. Probably my favourite performance by her was a movie she did some 10 years ago.

How did they know that no car will pass, and what would they have done if it did?
But, this whole staged crash I am putting under "I will let it slide just this one time" lol.
