The rating should be increased. This drama is so fantastic.
I also think so, but I don't think it will. That said, 8.3 is not too bad. Personally, I would give it 8.5. The show might not be huge hit, but I think it si doing well domestically and interntionally. It creeps from time to time into the Overall Netflix top 10. Chun Woo Hee is certainly having a deserved good time with 2 of her shows trending so highly, and she is playing completely two different roles showcasing her range.
about time! she deserves so much more recognition. I can't believe someone in the comments here said that she…
So true, she is really very good actress. People who don't know should watch her movie "Han Gong-ju", when she was just in her mid twenties. She was fantastic in that movie.
I haven't watched this yet but why do people hate her for that? The Glory was similar so not sure why this FL…
For the record, I actually wanted her to be even more flawed. She is very interesting, BUT, there is NO COMPARISSON between her character and that in The Glory. The girl in the Glory was tortured and she went after those who abused her. This one is just a con-artist picking on people to steal their money (she has mitagating circumstances, but the point is that the Bok family and those before them have done nothing bad to her). So, I don't see how you can compare the two.
Finally irl allows me time to start this one!Hope it's good, all those negative things people said about it only…
Agree on all of the above. The writing is solid, but nothing special. However, it has few surprises. I think we all know how it will end, but the journey is less predictable than most shows.
..the grand wedding the mother is talking about is yet to come :)
Strictly speaking, nothing was said explicitly (at least based on subtitles) that the mother saw this wedding. It is all implied. Also, the mother had long nap, maybe she saw a lot haha.
So what we couldn't know in 4 episode that why fl married two times Bol yi na said in two lines 🙂First time…
I must say I found this strange and contradictory. We have been shown in previous episodes that these marriages were part of a scam. So, how comes that we suddenly have different motivations? You could argue that the two are not mutually exclusive, but I felt this was weak.
I feel that there is a big effort to make FL almost without any faults, which is pity. I felt that part of the charm of the series is that FL is a scammer and not squeaky clean. That makes her expected transformation all the more powerful. But, if she has been forced all along, and was strongly damaged emotionally just make her your typical "Damsel in distress" waiting to be rescued.
I am still enjoying the series a lot, but I would have liked it more if she was real scammer.
Honestly, this show just getting better. A really good blend. The sequence from Do da hee taking the shoes to the school to the end was great! But, I have to give a shoutout to Dong hee with the best line of the episode "VAT is not included" hahaha
After 4 episodes...this has the vibes of the famous American movie "Love Story" where you know from first scene how sadly it ends, yet you can't help yourself from watching, and even forgetting at times that outcome. The series is both lovely and depressing at the same time. This is my first taiwanese series, and I am enjoying the performances of the actors playing K & Cream a lot!
I would say lots of what you mentioned can be described as character flaws rather than stupidity. Maybe we have different defintion of what is considered stupid.
I agree with the second part of your post about the plan, but I don't think it is normal for people to run background checks regularly, especially when they are the ones who think they are taking advantage of them. Anyway..I guess it is a matter of perception rather than hard facts.

But, also a chance for probably all charcters to get their act together.
It did have a turning point though.
I think the second half will be essentially......
