More so, Garosero's a*s is already owned by one of his victims, through 50% bought shares, Disney lost around 2 mil Korean subscribers alone just as a statement, KSR's killer mother and so called aunt better prepare their finances. They will soon have to pay amounts of money that they only dreamed about.

Hi, girls! I understand tomorrow, 3rd of June, the apocalypse will be unleashed. Garosero guy (maybe in an attempt to build his legacy or just jealous on the Lady Reporter) will bring the true Burning Sun to the public.
Clearly, he lacks the originality but the show must go on. I suppose he must link somehow KSH with the new incendiary news in order to hold. So, after accusing KSH of everything he could accuse, I see he forgot a few : prostitution & human trafick - while we're at it let's include human organs as well, just in case - drug dealing + traficking, maybe gambling, too?
Funny guess : KSH will become a bad bad boy. This will trigger a whole new wave of fans. Lol.

So, based on facts, at this point we have KSR’s family teamed up with a former reporter (turned youtuber), with 2 accusations - dating a minor and added pressure - soon to turn into endless accusations, during the following weeks, including and not limited to grooming & power abuse, threatening & attempt to kill, political & financial actions, security issues, etc.

They offered the public :
* a sparkling media show, aggressively and endlessly making use of sensitive words
* press conferences lasting forever,
* endless YT videos,
* threatens of disclosing more incendiary news if the actor doesn’t comply
* posting nude pictures, harassment, stalking, etc.
* the family lawyer who went clubbin’ with one of their press conferences in the background on an electronic board, later to be investigated for unprofessional conduct and being discredited by his fellow peers.
(Nobody investigated his poor dancing, though. The guy is just unlucky, he had it the roughest)
* an entire kdrama starring a man and a tape with KSR saying she lost her virginity to KSH when she was 12-15 yrs old, followed by FBI, N Korea invasion, Chinese mafia, con men, assassins, killer lawyers, husbands who call their wives stupid, man being stabbed 7 or 9 times in the neck in plain daylight at an airport in USA but survived, a VIP retired actor, etc.. which ended with the man admitting he fabricated the tape using AI and none of the above happened.

Leaving the media circus aside we also have :
* a tangled and puzzling and contradicting timeline of events presented,
* things taken out of context which netizens dismantled one by one, by providing the exact dates and actions when those occurred,
* 1 x AI generated recording, 1 x baseless accusation and 1 x fake conversation that were forensic analyzed and proven to be false. We already know how easy those can be made, anyway:

* some other conversations and hand written letter without being provided their authenticity, as well as the refusal to be tested,
* a complete parallel story of KSR’s life which nobody knew except an aunt who is not really an aunt but a close friend to KSR’s mother,
* the use of an old law which is a very sensible subject for the Koreans,
* a dead end by outreaching with their accusations to the point of using the name of Won Bin, an innocent long retired actor, who literally called them out.

Although for months the family refused to go to Court with the above mentioned evidence, they immediately filed a lawsuit solely based on the AI recording, just before the man admitted he fabricated it.

KSH refuted the 2 main accusations in the media, taking to Court the family, the aunt and the youtuber by filing several civil and criminal lawsuits.

With a simple check you can find out that the actor kept private the identity of his father (a well known figure in the industry) for almost his entire life. Although the father left his mom and him while still very young, remarried and never kept in contact ever since, he didn't use his father’s name nor did he make public the circumstances of his father leaving.
He just concentrated on his mom, his work and their life together. So, it comes to no surprise. Keeping family matters private and protecting people are 2 basic things that he learned from his mom.

Yep, because the fight is a very important one. And in order for things to really be shaken up, those 50k are a disappointing number out of the entire population, even in its 1st phase. But no worries...they will have other opportunities to make a change. See you on the page !

Nope. It means that in its 1st phase it got a mere 50k signatures for such an important fight and although it might have had chances to get much much more signatures later on, it failed because they used the name of a guy.

Probably people who agreed with changing the law and had some basic knowledge of the law told these 50k jokesters to change the name so they can sign and make it work but they refused. Who knows...

If it's the real deal, it means that 50k people out of 51Million South Korean population wanted to change a law, by signing a petition named after a guy which leads to it being canceled by the exact same law.

Actually, it's not the real deal. When you talk about petitions, which are by definition included in the law jargon, you must first understand what a petition is, what it requests and how it works.

A petition is a wish that might become a law or might lead to an immediate required action. KSH Prevention Act Petition signed by 50k people requested the law enforcers to raise the legal consent from 16 to 19 yrs old. This means that 50k people wanted to change the law.

The fact that they gave the petition the name of a person who hasn’t been found guilty of anything yet, makes it invalid from the start. In other words, that petition is nonexistent and never intended to be a serious thing from the start, otherwise they wouldn’t have given it the actor’s name.

So, if you don't mind, you wonderful great soldiers, forever in the quest for Justice, forever relentless, just bring it down a notch. Let us take care of Cyberbullying and Fair Journalism right now and we promise we will join you in the next fight for whatever fight that may be, concerning human rights.

We must also stop and be happy for the good things that took place :
* In July, the Supreme Court extended the benefits of S Korean’s National Health Insurance Service to same-sex partners - a great point won for the “Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity” fight !
* In August the Constitutional Court of Korea ruled that the country’s climate legislation was insufficient for safeguarding the rights of future generations in the context of the global climate crisis. The ruling was the first of its kind in Asia !
Etc.

Throughout history, women in S Korea have been subject to gender inequality and societal expectations due to patrilineal family structures, limited rights and roles and confucian influence. This led to challenges in gender pay gap, work-life balance, social pressure and expectations, negative stereotypes and discrimination, domestic and sexual violence as well as a low fertility rate. It resulted in feminism activism, 4B Movement, increased awareness and resistance as well as ongoing efforts for change.

However, S Korea is facing more than one battle when it comes to human rights. Although several human rights concerns persisted in 2024, which included not only women but the LGBT community, older people and people with disabilities as well, the great battle of 2024-2025 concerns tensions with North Korea and a harsh political environment that resulted in the impeachment of their President after he imposed the MARTIAL LAW. Before fighting for certain human rights and women particularly, Koreans must ensure the state of DEMOCRATIC space.

Putting this aside, right now as we speak, we have an actor accused of atrocious doings based on manipulated, falsified and fabricated evidence by a mother who almost committed the act of filicide and still walks free, together with a youtuber known to be a political activist, playing catch with a consent law - a very sensitive subject for Koreans because it reflects their fight for democracy as well as women rights - causing massive distraction, in the middle of one of the most important S Korean elections in their history, where people are fighting literary for their freedom and for democracy.

It is admirable there are fighters for certain causes on this page. It really is. Unfortunately, the cause you are fighting for is not the main subject in the present scandal, nor in the S Korean present domestic situation and before taking care of women around the world we must first ensure they are given the climate in order to even stand a chance and fight for it.

As for the flowers, some just buy them, some just don't. They really don't reflect the true colors nor the feelings of a person. They won’t show if a person does charity in real life, fundraising or work with vulnerable classes (children, elders, minorities, etc.).

She has a very different writing style. It's a combination of attitude and personal deep beliefs which it's in contradiction and makes it confusing. Just ignore the attitude - that part where she seems judgy or feisty or seems that she gives you lessons on how things should be done - that's just the way she talks, like a protection.
