Junyoung is one of the few actors who I just love to see act. His expressions, voice acting, body language everything just makes his acting so enjoyable irrespective of the scene.
you can watch a video on YouTube. I've done it. I got the gist but it gets really confusing when you're playing…
I should probably do that. I just googled the basic rules and figured the outline but can't exactly tell much yet, watching a few videos should make the concept clearer. Thank you.
I swear hand washing is the new form of intimacy now π I'm still not over Ji Ling and Lu Wuyi, and now they added another one to live in my mind rent free π
All those people with their sugar-coated prickly criticism of this drama should come out and say how they really…
As this comment section is a common space, there will inevitably be comments from people who love, like or hate this drama. And everyone is free to share their opinion here, so is it not better if they are at least trying to politely express their dislike or even sugar-coating rather than directly hating on this drama?
I actually had a little confusion. Yaksha as a god was already worshipped before Zhan Zhao, right? He just used it as an alias for all the vigilante work.
Or was it an original name and people started worshipping it after him?
Finally finished watching and I enjoyed this drama way more than I initially expected. The ending could have been explained a little better but my expectations for cdrama endings are usually not very high and the post credit scene kind of made it up to me π. I'll miss the trio, especially Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang, I loved all their interactions so much.
Overall, it's somewhere between 9 and 9.5 for me but since I rate dramas on the upper bound, a 9.5/10 it is. I had the review written for a few days now but was holding on to it till I actually finished watching so I finally got to post it now.
Its definitely giving higher budget short cdrama vibes but I think its on purpose. In China viewership has declined…
In my opinion, the reason short dramas are rising is because they need less time and even lesser attention span to watch. While many people still appreciate well-written and fleshed out long dramas, most people simply do not have the patience to sit through them and would rather watch fast-paced and dramatic stories.
i've never watched a short drama in my life so i truly don't get what about it is making people think of short…
It's mostly the bold and dramatic storytelling, the fast pacing, scene-jumps and narration. Not to mention, the rebirth and revenge plot is a very common short drama trope so it's understandable that AtC is giving short drama vibes to many people.
Personally, I don't mind and am loving it so far, but the storytelling is understandably not for everyone.
Apparently, some viewers here don't think that if we come across a poster with signals that does point to romance,…
I don't really think the poster gives any romantic tension. She's grabbing his collar/coat not tie, they're looking at the camera not each other and it says "family(?)-like teamwork" in the poster.
But I agree it's possible to misunderstand if that's the first impression but if they know enough about the drama to know about the body swap, it should be a no-brainer that it's not a romance.
