sure it makes sense :-) I also read your review of Big, love how critical you got. I am not even touching Big, since I don't tend to like Hong sisters, I only liked My girlfriend is a Gumiho from them. I also saw you dropped Vinyard Man but I can't say I blame you. I liked it at the time I watched it but I don't really like YEH and OMS as an actor is pretty artificial all in all, the story was pleasant but I would now say it's a one-time watch as I can't get myself to rewatch it actually.

rekindling the connection to MDL first is a step to rekindling the interest in dramas, which is interesting. I hear Suna no utsuwa/ Vessel of Sand are pretty interesting dramas. Did you watch the japanese version of the Devil? I think you liked the Devil.

That's how I felt before you recommended me Thank you. In fact the longer I am absent from mdl, the more difficult I find it to return to dramas. A break from dramas is also good for a while. But I think to get back into a drama world,it's nice to start off with a drama that is bound to grip you. I am watching Queen Seon Deok now, which is a playground for the actors acting prowess and they make their characters so alive that I can't help but be drawn into it. And somehow it eased my way back into dramas. At this point I am on Uhm Tae Wong spree so I will want to watch the Devil soon as well. Maybe there is something by your favourite actor you haven't watched? How about some political dramas like Sandglass? Sometimes I am also inspired to watch dramas again by doing housekeeping of my lists, revisiting the dramas i ranked high and removing some dramas from PTW. I am finding somehow

that's not right, though. and I doubt it's historically accurate, since I think something else happened. Sigh, so our Yushin will be the Noble Idiot for the purpises of the drama. Tsk tsk, bad scriptwriter. heh. I love him and the drama anyway :D Oh and I will watch to see how the drama Bidam will turn out to be and hoe Mishil will be dealt with and whether or not she can yet rouse my compassion.Yushin still has to become a general and trusted advisor, though, I can live with that, as long as he lives. And he did have a long life historically so I am somehow rest assured. Having a good day?

the final two eps of this drama will be postponed and aired in august after the olympics :(
perhaps they can somehow squeeze it into the programme- but does it pay off, if it means oushing it off its primetime slot? The drama has been reaching some amazing viewrship rates. But I too would like to see the final two episodes as soon as possible, actually. But oh well, we have to wait.

the preview for ep 24 indicated what happens. Deokman;s choice will make it impossible for Yushin and herself..I think the decision she is about to make is to confront Mishil and rather than have a peacful life, which would have been better for both of them, she is entering on a warpath instead and that's going to happen because her sister is killed. Poor Yushin, but I think they overdramatised this needlessly. The real Yushin married the daughter of his childhood friend, the king, apparently and is reported to have had ten children, apparently. The real Bidam, in turn, was against women rulers so he revolted against the real SeonDeok. I think I read somewhere that in the drama the reason is going to be different but I need to get to that point first lol. This is nail biting.

actually after ep 23 I don;t think the olde princess is selfish, I think she genuinely cares for Deokman. I don't think what she is doing is selfish. KNG's character is wild but there is a method in his madness, as per usual. lol.

Hi :-) Thanks for the friend request. Enjoyed the movie? I see Painter of the Wind is one of your top dramas- I loved that one too. Such a different use of the disguise concept and the paintaings were absolutely beautiful. A poetic drama.

Hi there! Thank you for the friend request and nice to meet you! lovely introduction and well said :) it is not about reality of the world but how well the represented world is constructed, how well the cast plays together, but a beautiful and mature story well told is always a bonus to the drama watching experience.

realised in time that I don;t really like Oh man suk, as I actually find him a little too forced. In contrast Jo Jung Suk is more natural, or better trained. I think also that sometimes the more you see someone, the less you like them so I think KNG and Song Il Gook are best to appear only rrely but then when they DO appear they will have a stronger impact and you will love them more for it, I'm sure :)

Oh, I see. I am quite positive this drama will be the end of me lol. I turned on Equator man yesterday but I instantly missed Yushin when I did LOL I think UTW shiould do another historical sometime, he is well suited for the role of some wise general. lol. The drama is really heart-wrenching. I think her sister does want to protect her in part but yes, I think she also wants tob e that daughter which goes against Mishil, as her dad wanted, so perhaps she is a little apprehensive. Also I loved how shocked Mishil was that Yushin is not afraid of her. But then she goes out of her way to make everyone feel afraid. Even in early episodes she was fabricating things to make people more afraid. She's a witch lol. haha, i think there are actors you will always like. I

lucky you!! the ratings for AGD have gone beyond 20 percent, reaching 25 percent so maybe they will figure a way to not suspend the airing for the olympics..i hope, the waiting will be hard. Oh, hard to say. 2012 was a particularly great season for dramas. I think for me K2H from the ones I've seen. But equally unqe were Salaryman and AGD it;s very hard to give a favourite. And i haven;t watched BM yet... is it like Zorro? What about you? BM? :P I think the one flick that comes to my mind is one very old one..the quite man with John Wayne from the 1950s. And Darby o Gil and the little people (a disney movie) with young handsome Sean Connery actually singing- my goodness that ma actually had a voice. From the new ones, hallmark's the magical legend of the leprechauns was a pretty interesting take in leprechauns, as it inserted a romeo and juliet story into there. lol. There is also

Well i am certainly making up for it now :D I still have a lot on my mind but I will be resting this wekk..a lot, so I will probably marathon a lot. I am actually waiting until BM finishes airing to start watching it, whils impatiently waiting for AGD to finish...but it looks like the olympics will disrupt the drama broadcast, so some episodes will be pished by two weeks, so no finale for AGD for the next two weeks...and it;s such a sexy drama. well I'll be watching other stuff in the meantime but I am so anxious to see it end now lol. Oh I do like it, as long as its authentic sounding. I also find myself enjpoying irish themes flicks, although they tend to exploit irish folklore too much sometimes and misrepresent or rather oversimplify Ireland. how have you been?
