Right now she is still under contract with Excellent Era/Jīashì so she stays with them till after the Finals of the Challenger's League Playoffs. She competes in EE's team against Happy in the finale of said playoffs and afterwards shocks everyone by saying "My time with EE ends here." And then she goes and sit with team Happy. :)

Hai Tang's Rouge Shines Through in the Rain was such a poetic title, too bad they changed it. And I really hope this drama airs soon, it has been postponed three times already and I am growing impatient.

According to rumours the second season will be about JM's and XF's son and the demon princess's daughter.
But I still hope JM and XF at least have a small cameo role in a few episodes so we can see more of their married life.

Very late. They aired episode 41 today and they are still not a couple.

The female lead is the only one the male lead ever dates. It is a misunderstanding cause the annoying side character answered his phone. And that female character has absolutely no chance with the male lead (she is basically biting on granite there).
The second female lead is awesome btw, and the main female lead's BFF.

To me the thing between ZZ and JR feels more like an idol/fangirl relationship than a real one. At this point she knows his mother more than him cause one meeting at college and following him online while being his cheerleader is not exactly knowing each other personally, especially not enough to get married.

According to the Chinese synopsis ZZ and JR will break up very soon because they will realize they are too different. She will then get closer to PC while they cooperate in a work related thing (maybe the survey?). And then PC will confess to her and they become a couple.

What a sad situation. I really hope it is getting better with each generation so that girls don't have to give up her dreams anymore.

Asian parents are really like that .... Seriously? That's rather horrible.
I cannot imagine parents discriminating among their children to that degree where they would pretty much sell off their daughter to a truly horrible man and expect her to give all her hard earned money to them to buy their precious son a house... and when she disagrees they verbally and psychically abuse her and even try emotional blackmail by attempting suicide.
Why did the son not get a job and earn the money himself to buy a house?

I cannot believe how the father of the head manager is treating his daughter. You would not wish him or his favorite potential son-in-law on your worst enemy. And her mother is nearly just as bad (who does not love their son more than there daughter - wow, just wow). Poor woman.

Going by the Chinese synopsis Zhen Zhen is in love with Jing Ran at the beginning of the drama and they even get together for a while, but due to differences later break up. And only then does she grow closer to her colleague Peng Cheng and they become a couple.
So it is not your typical drama where the two guys fight for the girls. And you just have to stop watching while ZYL still has the girl :) or maybe he also gets a happy ending with another girl.
