Usually, you are right. But here they have the disclaimer at the start of each episode about how "every character and event is fictional and unrelated to historical events."
Also they very deliberately added a discussion about parallel worlds (Mr. Queen explains it to the little girl in the kitchen) and the book this is based on has a happy end.

Good drama so far but there are 3 characters that are getting on my nerves big time:
1) the sorry excuse for a father!!!! and husband
2) the sociopathic and choleric rich lady (Do Jin Woo's mother)
3) the greedy shallow sister (second FL)

I found it telling cause if you pay attention you can see that WDH very obviously manipulated "the picking". He stops pointing at his parents for a part of the song so that he would end up choosing his mom. He wanted to pick his mom but did not want to make it too obvious towards his father.

Also it was ridiculous of his father to say that he can only have one parent after the divorce - you divorce your spouse not your child. He really was a piece of trash.

My favourite characters or rather the only ones I like are (in that order): WDH, second male lead, little daughter, WDH's minion.
While the female lead, the daughter and the older son are getting on my nerves so much. Ugh.

The 2 Chinese dramas were filmed long ago but were shelved because of THAAD. I honestly doubt they will ever air.

I really hope Begonia Rouge actually airs since it has been postponed 3 times this year already (and always just a few days before the announced airing date).

Netflix combines 2 half-hour episodes into one. So there will 40 half-hour episodes or 20 one-hour episodes.
