I think I will postpone watching more episodes for now. I've seen up to episode 22. I've seen the latest teasers. There's a lot in store for our ML & FL. I do hope they really find each other again! And I hope that at some point we'll see deleted scenes of those episodes (episode parts) that have been deleted. That might give us more insight on things that are going in the series :)
Even though Li ni dad didn't allow him to come back to the capital they should at least have fetched him and put…
Technically it's not HIS grandson. It's the grandson of the late emperor instead. THAT is, I think THE reason that douchebag of a father of Shiqi/Li Ni doesn't want the grandson to be at court. I mean, the grandson IS the rightful heir to the throne, if I understand the series correctly.
AAAAhhhhh, i am just crossing my fingers and hoping the writer doesn't give a heart-breaking end for the couple.Personal…
There's what the author says and what the show writers do with it. I've seen it happening in American series as well (*cough* Shadow Hunters killing of a vital person in S1 who was originally NEEDED in the end *cough*). And I think the author of BEITD said the book has a happy ending (or people who read the book, I maybe wrong). The ending of the series, however, is.... shall we say, left open for interpretation....
why is people thinking FL wanting him to become crown prince came out of nowhere. From starting she saying he…
Ah, but discussing it with her father and discussing it with her lover are two vastly different things. For Shiqi it does come as a surprise, I think (although I've only seen it till episode 22). Shiqi is quite vocal about wanting to live a "quiet" life in Laonan Pass, instead of being at court. And with what he's been through, I can totally understand that.
Looking at the ML, I think it's full show. He has ONLY done full shows both as a supporting cast member and as the main cast member. I can't imagine he would now go for a mini drama.
You are the only person since I put this in my commentary last night and in my review who mentioned the #34. It…
It is interesting how the words of numbers can have a meaning. I haven't heard of the word of the numbers in English or Dutch (my own native language) having a special meaning. Thanks for that interesting information!
I found a video with the ML saying he did not die. It is not in English but I can tell you "Ta meiyou si" means…
I'd like to think Lin Lu Xiao indeed is not dead. I mean, they can't be THAT cruel to have the love of Nan Chu's life die in exact the same way her father died, now can they?
I read in another comment here that it was even supposed to have 50 episodes? That would mean a cut of 10 episodes.

I guess all we can do is wait and see.
Also.... You escape death, but you reincarnate? Errrr...... how????
I'm in the same camp as you :D I feel that Lin Luxiao is still alive!
Thanks for that interesting information!
