Chu WanNing is one of the MCs of Immortality, a drama based on the novel The Dumb Husky and his White Cat Shizun (it's a danmei novel, so the drama will definitely be heavily censored). Its nicknames are either 2ha or hyx.

LYX is playing CWN. Chen Feiyu (he played Ning Que in EverNight and Li Xun in Lighter and Princess, he's pretty good) plays the other MC, MoRan. The novel is just as dogblood as TTEOTM but it does have a HEA. It's already filmed, post-processing and waiting for an airing license. But it's made by Tencent and they can afford to wait or even shelve it if censors won't pass it due to the source material...

We're still hoping though. LYX as CWN would be magic.

She is Elizabeth waiting for Will when the tides reverse LOL. Will returns, so TTJ will return too. What else are analogies for? :D

She reached Nirvana, she became a goddess then after the destruction fell back to the earth. I don't think she remained a goddess but that's just my opinion, He felt he had to save her, so she was in actual danger, and she seems to have lost a lot of cultivation just to survive, even with the help of the Scale.

My eyes are swollen and I really need to hydrate, LOL, but I've had a bit of time to relax... What a journey this has been!

I'd love a few extra minutes, but I kind of like the ending. It's earned, despite the unfairness. And everything else remains (I have decided the Bo'Re simple life is what is happening in the end, and I am happy with that part.)

Now I only need the whole BGM (last two eps BGM is epic, and parts of it I didn't hear in what was released prior), maybe a good complete translation of the novel, just in case I feel like torturing myself again, another HAPPY drama, Immortality, my cats, peace on world and an end to war, and I'll be finally good and well with life.

I checked the timer a few times - come on, come on, come ON already, please please please!!!!!

Dammit. They won't. There has to be an extra? Doesn't it? There HAS TO.

They both knew what they wanted to say. But couldn't. No, she HAS to tell him.

So he HAS to get reborn.

At least that's what I hope, even if there's no extra to clear it up, even if there's nothing more than what's in the drama.

3. They got saved, NBY gets to take care of them. Or the crow will bite him.
4. 500 years after she left the tribe as a kid and never returned, I guess it doesn't matter anyway if she is still part of them. She's still in the Sects maybe, cultivating.
5. He used the fox power PR gave him and that's why his hair is whitening in the process. He spent most of the cultivation, if he was a real fox he'd have lost a few tails if not all.
6. I like bittersweet. I'd love an extra, even just with a glimmer of more hope, though!

At least the novel is there, and now you know how Chu WanNing would look like. I want the drama, but if the censors never let it through, I'll still have LYX as CWN.

No, seriously, from all the grand and nice and beautiful costumes he had throughout the story, the very best is this last one - the winter coat she gave him, his first gift bought by her (the other coat was bought by ChunTao) and the most important possession he felt he had.

Okay so with your name... could you please NOT give TTJ that soup so that when he gets reborn he still remembers things LOL? :D (Or put a good word in with the powers that be who might have the same name so that they do it instead pretty please :D)

I guess it's all in how I feel about them, taking them up or not. And I didn't feel like taking them up (despite actually trying hard to like ALP for example, because I like the actors and the trailer really sold it well). I might try them out again someday, but not soon. There is a time and a place for everything, right?

Nobody cares about second-thought redemption of XL's defective clone, he's probably going to live on blamelessly because that's what TTJ wanted him to.

YQY got Pian Ran's fox power and lived as the Jing emperor for five centuries hidden under that mask. The power he's using to save the capital is PR's fox power too, I guess he might be spent now... but he's not dead, he has a chance to live on.

The sects went back to immortalizing stuff probably pretty full of themselves, as they always are.

Nian BaiYu got to see his tribe saved (TTJ got them out of the time freeze cave). AND left him a message we'll never hear.

Nah, most loops are closed. But they just didn't want to give a HE because they wanted to just top the pain with a bit more pain.

Extra EPISODES? You mean, more than one?!

Oh okay then I guess even Cheng Yi won't get me to take it up again...

Watch at least the first episode and decide for yourself. IMHO, it is worth watching. The production values are way above anything that came out in the past few years, at least.

I watched a first ep from both (and a lot of other xianxia, not just these) before deciding to go on or not. Generic is what most of them felt like. I'd rather have a heartbreaking one that makes an impact from episode 1 to the last, than lukewarms been-there-done-that.

That is not to say it's what everyone else has to think about any of these dramas. This is my own taste and these are my own preferences.

Episode 1-35 again and then TTJ's Bo'Re Life. Ah, much better.

Immortal Samsara has a sad ending? I put it off for a while because it was too long for me, what with the two seasons...

I am not sure I want to watch it now, TTEOTM put some high standards for xianxia...
