He has freaking amnesia. He doesn't remember MingXuan being his lover at all. He doesn't remember either the good or the bad - but MingXuan DOES. He can't forget any of it, and he's also feeling guilty because he was the cause of it all, at least partly.

Shen Mo doesn't remember being in love with MingXuan - he never was officially either - but he's under a contract and even now he's re-developing feelings for MingXuan. And don't worry, once he does remember, he will leave.

Be patient, or not.

This is moving so, so well, they've already surpassed my expectations. I was afraid they'd make a mess of it, since the novel is based on Shen Mo's POV and he's a bit messed up himself, but they're doing a bang up job.

I am wondering if they're going to change the last part or keep it close to the original. We'll see, I guess.

I think Mungkorn is already a bit infatuated with Thear, LOL. But he's now in a Cinderfella situation and he even made Thear promise to divorce as soon as the curse-breaking period is done... Yeah but imagine either MingXuan or Zhao Yi sitting there dripping all over, maybe some blood if he aimed it just right. Though maybe poor Zhao Yi didn't deserve it, he defended Shen Mo not needing to drink.

Still, calling him over and watching him get called out like that by a bunch of no-consequence drunks was indeed scummy. Like, what is he, ten?! Why the need to rub Shen Mo's feelings raw watching him with Zhao Yi, when he knows Shen Mo is uncertain about their actual relationship (and that's why he sticks to the contract). Or if he doesn't know, he's more stupid than I give him credit for.

OMG you're cursing the poor people into getting very high ideas on realistic romances, just like women get when diving deep into fictional amazing men. Though I bet they already have larger than life expectations hahaha~

Myself, I don't mind the NC, though I appreciate it when they do include it. While the dramas are based on novels, and they're well-known, like this one, I can always read the actual scene and imagine it.

Now, if someone was brazen enough to EVER do You've Got Mail! and NOT include the x-rated scenes... I'd riot :D

I'd forgotten all the small ways of how cruel MingXuan can be when he wants to. And for all those who say Shen Mo is alike the MC in Bittersweet Love, maybe now you can see that while he's fragile, he's also very stubborn.

3. The soldiers (A-Lie style).
4. The normal/regular survivors (no special powers but they managed to survive so far.)
5. The survivors who started marauding.
6. The survivors who are now hunting and killing other regular people (kill them with fire.)
7. The end-of-times cultists (they have to be somewhere).
8. The people who caused this whole mess... (What if they're the elite/privileged?!)

A hulk-like creature, biblically made out of earth and animated by magic or another form of spiritual power (like some necromantic spell or something). They couldn't be killed because well, they're not really alive.

The big guy who wasn't the stan looked like a golem to me (he's alive, or was alive, I guess, though).

I guess they just hit it a bad note then. To me it looked convincing enough, considering the context.

And I meant it's a high ask for BLs to be realistic since 1. they're aimed at a female audience (though guys aren't forbidden from watching LOL, it's just that the audience tends to be female) and 2. we're expecting lots more romantic meaningful moments than a realistic gay/queer movie or drama would portray. The NC scenes aren't the point, they're extra benefits.

I was one of the few people commenting on how unrealistic the NC scenes were in Wishing Upon the Shooting Stars, LOL, where they were miles apart and the body geometries never aligned while they were presumably making love. If you consider this scene awkward, those scenes (more than one) would get awkwardness prizes LOL.

Maybe it's about exposure to enough NC bad settings before you get used to some of them :D

Can A-Zai stop being so stupid when it counts?! I get it, he's a lot attracted to the cold soldier who seems not to care about him. But is that reason enough to ditch him to a fine cannibal family just so he could steal the boat and return to his original pack? Who knows if they're still there anymore. And A-Lie carried him for dozens of miles already. He should also grow some braincells.

PS At first I thought the golem was the A Type supportive stan, I'm glad he wasn't. That fan will reach celebrity status if he stays pure LOL.
