I read the novel. My impression was that Shen Mo was truly afraid of MingXuan after he recovered his sanity and forgot their months together. And at the same time, he's a bit interested, 'cause looking from a safe distance, MingXuan seems to care about him a bit. Poor Shen Mo is starving for affection.

The person MingXuan kept in the villa was Shen Mo himself, when he was crazy and thought JMX was his ex. So no, MingXuan didn't sleep around.

I don't remember the ex and the sister marrying (but I wasn't paying attention to them).

There will be a happy ending, but if they go by the novel, it won't be soon. Shen Mo needs to completely heal and stand on equal footing to JMX before that happens. In the novel, they separate for a pretty long time.

The MC are both gay. The ex is bi (leaning gay.)

They touched up those pictures so much the actors don't even look human anymore. Dammit. There's nothing wrong with a little flawed skin. Own it.

Very possibly he's been infected with something and survived it, I think.

I heard of Vampire the Masquerade LOL, I thought it was an anime (I don't like vampires, Nour was an accident).

There are specific preservatives they use to keep blood liquid for blood banks (like CPDA for example), it doesn't stay liquid on itself. If the heart stops, the blood pressure is nil, the blood, even if still liquid (for a very few minutes post-death) cannot flow (physics says LOL). They couldn't even suck it out. And if the body's been dead a while, it coagulates and becomes blood jelly (yeeeeeesh). Nobody could extract that.

Eh, we'll just blink and suspend disbelief. Maybe he lied anyway.

I think the last time I've seen a ghoul was way back in some episode of Mummies Alive LOL. He was a cool ancient Egyptian ghoul :D

Dr Ji knows that Ken is Nour, and he might be able to recognise some traits of Nour. Maybe that's what's making him interesting to Chita - that, and the fact he's not repulsed by Nours.

Anyway... My first impression in the drama, in that first AI montage of Ken trying to kill himself, is that James is the one who can kill him. He said something to the line of "I met the man who could kill me". I don't think he meant anyone else but James, though it's unclear to me if he meant the laundromat encounter or something that might come around after they get together.

Kind of like Connor MacLeod losing his immortality once every other immortal was killed - what if Nours need ONE specific person to do something - feed them their special blood?! - and take away the immortality curse?

In which case, if Chita is going around killing Nours and people, he might be also looking for that special someone. Maybe he thinks it's Dr. Ji.

These two people at least are kind of psycho. Oh and Prae stalking Chita - maybe HE made HER, and now she's either looking for revenge for Tee or is purposeless. (She seems to be a lot more likely villain, what with going to the police station and showing superpowers to recover that phone, and escaping from traps meant to kill her.)

Would a burn cause that much destruction? He seems to drag that leg, like it's been broken OR he had polio when he was a child (I mean, if he's Nour, he's bound to be a lot older than he looks, maybe he was born in a time when the vaccine wasn't available).

Though I am not sure why I think he mentioned something about an accident or assault. Maybe from the Nour who made him and "betrayed" him, the one he talked to Dr. Ji about?

I don't like Chita, LOL, I think he's the one. He's kind of creeping on Dr. Ji (not that Dr. Ji resents it). It's just he has that looming killer aura.

I'm not versed in vampire lore, I would've thought they'd feed on transfusion blood. I mean that's collected from a living person, and even if there's the ick factor of people donating to save lives and instead it goes to feed the undead LOL, but it's legit and there would be easy access to it for a doctor.

But he said it's from a dead person, a dead person's blood stops flowing pretty fast once the heart stops, and whatever drains coagulates rapidly, not slow enough to capture it in a blood bag. So at least that part (of his explanation, maybe he lied) doesn't sound legit.

... Unless he's not a vampire but a ghoul. Ghouls eat bodies right?

That bullet, from that close, on that spot of his back would have shattered his shoulder blade so badly no doctor could have pieced it back together. But it left only a pretty scar ('cause he treated his wound by telekinesis or something, since Phat couldn't find him anywhere, and he a cop LOL. )

But at least Kira, errr, Kaye, is so damn pretty. We have to forgive him. Them's the rules.

It's not (edited: Prae) Prim. It's probably Chita. I bet he goes around making new Nour each and every decade or so and then he goes around killing them. He can't eat food 'cause he needs blood and so he works at a morgue. (And he probably got the limp (if it's even real) before he was made himself so it didn't heal.)

Which reminds me, DOCTOR Ken, dead people's blood doesn't flow LOL and definitely doesn't remain liquid for you to snack on. So now they're not vampires but ghouls or something? Heh.

Anyway, James likes to beat up his sex partners and let himself be beaten by them LOL, kinky.

I'm kind of, a little, 1000% certain the mastermind is actually Kaye LOL. Though while he's a Kira, Phat definitely isn't an L.

I mean. He drew the damned thing. In detail. Kept at if for years. Somehow "Asura" found him and from all the other fans, he picked '"Asura"'s choices for victims to manga-kill. I think he knew perfectly well someone in the crowd will break and maybe start doing something about the perpetrators of the crimes against their families. And Kaye is good enough to plot ahead and maybe steer his right-hand who doesn't know he's just a henchman on the road to revenge.

Anyway that aside, LOL, this was the day of surviving because plot armour LOL. The villain didn't die, the maybe-hero got shot from up close and didn't die - didn't even stay down - the 5-liters of gas burned so high our other hero couldn't see what became of Kaye LOL. I mean... WALK THE F AROUND IT WHY DONCHA!!! Two steps to the left or the right will get you through hahaha~ Way to deflate any tension left in that scene, a complete mess of a climax.

But again, for the sake of all the pretty, I'll allow it. I was entertained.

Now. GET ME KAYE'S T-SHIRT COLLECTION!!! (Though sadly he kind of ran out of the cool ones toward the end hahaha~)
