Can someone tell me what's up with the sound on these mini dramas?

Indeed Indeed, I have noticed that the director really makes a difference in the quality of work coming out of the actors.

You would think they would know by now. Get it done release it right then. This was looking like a great drama

I watched Yanxi back in the day, it was how XK blew up in the US. His skill level in that play showcased that he was way more than a pretty face. Then I saw him in FITYM and I was like well done kiddo, good for you> He is a favorite of mine because when I was going through my cancer journey and I was doing chemo I watched Falling into your smile on repeat. I adore everyone in that cast because I saw their faces every day. Just seeing that Gao Han is in the cast as well is very exciting for me ♡〜٩( ˃▿˂ )۶〜♡

Falling into you was ok but after I saw another one of her dramas using black stereotypes saying that black people were violent as a people I was done, who wants to watch a drama sitting on pens and needles waiting on the next racist trope to drop?

She writes racist stereotypes
Not watching anything of hers ever

Sadly I saw that there is a racist stereotype in the writing during the dinner get together scene so that's an immediate no go for me.

Did you read the book?

I liked him better in You Are My Glory, in FOMH it seemed like a repeat of the YAMG character without the heart of the character. Yang Yang is versatile, sadly it seemed like his abilities were almost stifled in FOMH almost like they were working in a formula.
