hilarious as usual, but...

I also cried a little in this one (nice to see a "nicer" Komikado sensei)

But don't like to be tricked like that!!!!

Sakai's actor skills are incredible, I love how he can convey enthousiasm, which is almost craziness, and at some times tenderness and sadness, just by one look...

moving episode

though Komikado is still a crazy man, I love the way the show makes us see through this extravagant character. I find him a very sensitive man (or is he just a very calculating person).

I totally adore how Sakai plays, both crazy and sensitive parts.

promising mystery drama

Catchy first episode, with a funny and clumsy Toda Erika (but I Hope her positive character, who is appreciable in this episode, won't become boring)It's the first time I'm watching a drama where Ohno plays a "serious" guy, and I like it very much. Seems to live in his own world, and I also love this kind of weird character. Maybe his world will be shaken up by this meeting with the young lady. So I am expecting some funny but also touching moments between the two young leads, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it (but not especially romance). Even if I like mystery dramas, I dare say that the mystery case is generally not what makes me watch them, but rather the interaction between the different characters. I think that will be the case here too. But I was more interested by this locked room mystery than expected. Hope it will be the same in the next episodes. At the end of this first episode, two questions are still in my mind : are there so many locked room case in real life? AND what is Enomoto-san listening to during the entire episode?

Speechless

This episode was funny, as usual, but for the very first time this season it was mostly moving.

I didn't expect it to come that way, and so soon.

Thanks, Komikado sensei, for making me cry!

Abunai!!!

Certainly my favorite episode of the show. and the high point of the drama, imo.

Issues seemed to be smoothly resolved in this episode, but obviously the scenarists thought it was too fast!

More seriously, Kimura was perfect as usual, but I found Tsutsumi Shinichi's perf really good. His character is touching when weaknesses appear.

One of the really good point of the show is the cast, and the bounds the characters have with each other. It was interesting and funny to see them together in this drill.

funny parts but even more suspense

I like the way this show still mix tragedy and comedy. The funny parts, like the silly conversations between Nino and Kaname's characters, and when Koichi is always shocked when somenone talks about his sister (i'm like Taisuke, i want to know a little bit more about Koichi's private life...) are really refreshing. in some way, it makes the past tragedy more tragic, and the heavy background of these characters heavier (don't know if I'm clear). Imo, that's what really give the drama his realistic touch.

We finally know a bit more about the murder, and the suspense grows up step by step. But the family bonds are definetly what makes me like this show.

i'm looking forward the next epidode which looks quite disturbing and moving!

Ninooooooooooooo!!!!!

How on earth can Ninomiya-san be so cute?!!!!

A good point in this show is the relationship between the three siblings. I love the way Koichi seems to have put is life on hold because of what happened.

As funny as the first episode, and the balance between funny moments and moving ones is still well done. once again, a good surprise.

surprisingly funny

as many peopled said, considering the plot, this first episode is surprisingly funny. toing and froing between past and present is well done, and I like how it makes us want to know how the three children could have grown up after such a shock.

I really enjoyed the tone of this drama and hope it will continue this way.

and the little Shii is really cute!

only rated it 8.5 cause...

...there was too much dead dogs in this epi (well since a couple of epi in fact...) can't believe Kuma and Riki will die... This drama is the only one which makes me cry at every episode.

I really adore the relationship between Karamochi and the dogs.

Ah, and I really adore Himuro too ! I found his character interesting since the beginning, and I like how he can "sacrifice" his own life for his friend (well, concerning Miyuki-chan, he just has to face her feelings for Kuramochi).

i'm eagering to see the final episode, and i'm pretty sure i will cry again. stil waiting for a happy.. euh, no, not too sad ending.

boring plot but nice scenes

No suspense, so not the best episode. I hope it will getting better in the next ones.

As expected, the relationship between the main characters are what makes this show interesting. In this episode, they gave us funny moments, and i'm eagering for more dialogues of this kind. And Enomoto-san is so touching: I like all those glances which show his concerns for Aoto. And the final scene, so cute!!!

Subarashii Komikado-sensei!

After the moving sixth episode, another one offering dual tone : funny in the first part, then "serious".

Though Mayuzumi's trick could seem a little bit cliche, I was blowned by Komikado's reaction. I know many people enjoy the excentric part of the character (and I do like it a lot, i'm always expecting some hilarious oratories), but I personnaly like him the best when he expresses his true feelings. My heart is about to stop whenever he is using his serious tone. Watching him shouting at the audience gave me gooseflesh.

Btw, wonderful plea.

unexpected ending

Never thought in the beginning of the show, and even in the beginning of this last episode, that things could end like this (even if it's what I was hoping for). I've spent the whole episode thinking the end will be sad, and changing my mind, and changing again and again.

Manato annoyed me since four episodes I think, but finally i'm happy he has changed. Like the ending very much.

I want to believe that Saeki and Haruka are together, cause that's what I was hoping for since a couple of episodes, (since she told him about her night with Manato maybe). They suit each other.

This episode was like the whole drama, with so many bittersweet moments and a lot of weird and sometimes so unrealistic situations (well, in fact with situations you can only see in movies), but maybe it was what makes it a very enjoyable one.

I first thought that ABBA was a strange musical choice, so far apart (in my mind, at least) from Japan, and modern school stories. But it appears to be a very suitable choice, cause their songs convey the same feelings that the drama. Hopes, fun, and in the background, some nostalgic feelings that can be linked with good memories.

underrated drama, hope more people will enjoy it!

another heartwarming episode

So far, ep. 4 was the best (was the one who moved me the most). but this one was quite interesting, and most of all, really heartwarming. I like how the two parents are loving their children, each on their own way. Sometimes, the father annoys me, but I like the way he is trying to put his son at rest aboout his (and of all his family's) love for him. I'm pretty sure since the beginning that the mother knows very well his son and wants him to be more sincere with his own feelings.

Each time I'm watching one of his dramas, I become totally fond of Tamayama's characters, and this time is no exception. Akira is definetly my favorite in the serie, though Pinko's excentricity is so enjoyable.

amazing episode and such good actors

don't really know if it is useful to review just one or two episodes in the middle of the serie, but I just wanted to say that this episode was astonishing.

I was shocked by the family argument, and it's quite rare to see such emotional and tense scenes accurately played. The whole cast did a great job.I don't know if other episodes will be so good, but it is worthy to watch the drama just for this one!!!

Impressions more than a review !!!!! Spoilers if you have not seen the episode

Well, I rated it 9.5, because it was a good episode, though the trick was a little bit too complicated. Because the ending was unexpected too, or, should I say, not what I was hoping. Because some feelings were slightly shown, even if not as much as wanted (as I wanted). and maybe because it was not really an ending...

Nevertheless, the final part makes me feel uneasy : I really don't know what to think about that Enomoto-san.

And maybe that's why I'm feeling bitter. I should say betrayed. As a viewer, I felt betrayed. As a big fan of the Aoto-Enomoto couple, I felt betrayed.

I first saw it unsubbed, and I was totally shocked by the final twist (I remember I didn't sleep well that night). I loved the nice, gentle, clumsy Enomoto-san. I was happy that such a strange character were the main one in a drama. And that ending made it blow away. I just felt that Enomoto betrayed the tenderness Aoto-san had for him, and I don't like that. Everything has been thrown back into doubt by the ending. I just feel that I couldn't watch the first episodes anymore without wondering : were there lies, all the things he has said, all the care he has shown for her? Maybe I wanted to see romance where there was only friendship, but I really found it refreshing, such a special bond between those two characters.

But,thanks to the subs, it seems to me that the face to face between Enomoto and Shiina also gives us some kind of hints. I really enjoyed the part when Enomoto gives his own point of view of his situation. So now I'm wondering : does Enomoto feel exactly the same as Shiina? what is he aiming at, behind the glass (or who???)? That's what I found so good in this drama : do all the things that we can see, that we can guess, are really the truth? Will Enomoto-san be able to unlock his own locked room?

THIS CANNOT BE AN ENDING !!!
