But while speaking to Li Muran it went down, so Cheng Lei came into the frame and stood beside Lulu, and her heart rate went up, so he went out of the frame, to make it feel like it was due to Muran, but then it again went down. Haha they all are so cute.

He was like a assistant/protector to Yeli. She gave him orders, he fulfilled that. He was very much in love with her. Whatever she said, became everything for him. But he was not annoying. He never crossed any line or anything. He knew she was married, and that was it. Always a loyal supporter of her.

Yes both novel readers and those who didn't read are at the same place currently. Except names and some basic character traits of some people, nothing is similar. I think the relationship with the three men would be same as in the novel. The leads relationship have been kept similar. And as per interviews and character graphs, it seems the other two men's relation with FL is being kept the same as well.
