Orange was the best for me as it had the most hopeful ending compared to the other two. I agree about Tada, kimi wo aishiteru - whilst not a tearjerker in the strictest sense as the ending was so highlighted so early, it was the sort of movie that really shook you and stayed with you for a while after it ended. I certainly didn't find it uplifting, but it was most definitely beautifully, and tragically, haunting.
I did like Chonmage Purin but, as with a lot of these time slip dramas where the 'out of time' lead (either gender) has to return 'home', the ending was less than satisfying, especially as it didn't finish as so many viewers hoped it would. I know Japan adores open ended dramas and dramas where honour and duty wins out over romantic love (which I think is often seen as less 'worthy' than the others), but really some dramas make it annoying more than uplifting. Whilst I liked Chonmage Purin, it's not one I've rewatched more than once or twice.
So Orange was the best of the three for me - a live action of a manga and anime so that was a win immediately. The cast was as good as the other two but this time it was a story that had a better ending; more hopeful and more likely to end well for all concerned, even if we didn't see the whole ending. That did leave you feeling better about life, whereas I'm not so sure that Tada, kimi wo aishiteru did.
Anyone know what's happened to the drama sites? Kissasian is struggling to stream apparently, and I've…
Thanks Sunny - I see they're back up, but a lot of the site isn't working. Search, etc. Still, at least they're back. :) Thanks for the links. Also KA is back pretty much as before so hopefully all three will keep going for now. I really wish East Asian tv companies would let them stream because people like me watch them and then buy our favourites on DVD, so they MAKE money in the end. smhs

Thanks for the info LiB, I'll take a look. I wonder what the hell's happened to them all though - KA is barely working and DN and DC are completely gone. :(
Anyone know what's happened to the drama sites? Kissasian is struggling to stream apparently, and I've not been able to get on dramanice and dramacool for days now.ks something afoot? Getting a bit sad as I only really have Netflix UK if they're all going to disappear.....
Is there anyone who watched Jealousy Incarnate and My Annoying Brother and thought NO WHY AGAIN?!! xD He's…
Yup, ME. I couldn't believe it. But he is brilliant at acting these roles so perhaps that's why. Oh and the kisses in JI........*blushes* The man can KISS. :)
New BTS with the director short talk in English.

ikr? Seriously, I thought -' Ooh BTS!! I wonder if they're doing the music?' My daughter (19) who got hooked their music just laughed like a drain when I told her.
REALLY can't wait for Full Mental Alchemist; not too bothered about any of the Jackie Chan and Steven Seagal/Mike Tyson movies - but I will definitely be watching nearly all the others (just a couple don't appeal)..
This is how I rate these -
1. Meteor Garden - 2. Hana Yori Dango - 3. BoF
1.You're Beautiful - 2. Ikemen desu ne - 3. Fabulous Boys
1. Hana Kimi JP - 2. Hana Kimi K - 3. Hana Kimi T
Okay now for Itazura na Kiss - I've watched them ALL, so I'm going to list ALL the live actions...lol!
1. It Started with a Kiss & They Kiss Again - 2. Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo 1&2
3. Kiss Me - 4. Playful Kiss - 5. Mischievous Kiss: The Movie (High School - this is the only one of the three movies released so far). Then WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY down at the bottom somewhere around 101 we have Miss in Kiss. Forever *the* WORST version of InK EVER.
1. Full House (Thai) - 2. Full House (Korean) - 3. Ilişki durumu: Karışık
2. She was Pretty - 2. Pretty Li Hui Zhen - 3. Seviyor, Sevmiyor
I'd love to see a remake of Ugly Betty by the East Asian people, I don't care which country, because I'm pretty sure any of them would make it hilarious, touching, infuriating and romantic anyway. I'd like though either Yan Jerry, Lau Hawick, Lee Dong Wook, or Gong Yoo to play the male lead Daniel and Hwang Jung Eum, Song Hye Kyo or Gong Hyo Jin to play Betty (if it was to go for the main couple to appeal to slightly older viewers)
If it was decided to aim at the high teens/low twenties age group then I think Push (Kasetsin Puttichai), Zhang Han, Jung Il Woo or Zhang Vin to play a younger Daniel and Kim Go Eun, Aom (Manaying Sushar) or Dilmurat Dilraba to play the younger Betty would be epic.
Anyone know how he's doing? Is the information he's in hospital legit or just gossip? We've had media here in the UK telling us a star is seriously ill or getting divorced, etc only to find out it's just gossip, sometimes even a prank by a friend, and yet the media reports it as true.
