Oh god no apparently it's dubbed, I hate that so much....
YouDirtyWater -- they do it with a lot of dramas worldwide. I've watched Bella e la Bestia (tv miniseries) which was filmed in English, the Italian actor who played the lead (Prince Leon) Alessandro Preziosi speaks excellent English (which you can see as he's very easy to lip read he's so good). Yet they dubbed him with a VERY poor English voice actor (Dermot Magennis) who reads the lines like a robot reading a laundry list.
I've also seen the Italian dubbed version with Preziosi voicing himself and he's BRILLIANT. Magennis is the one they used to dub Preziosi into English on I Medici' and he was just as terrible - 'ear bleedingly bad' as one person put it. He truly is terrible, mind you the actress they got to dub the English lead (Bella Dubois) played by Blanca Suarez was almost as bad. Aisling Franciosi however has at least ACTED in projects. Give subtitles and real actors voices EVERY time.
I really like Sawamura Ikki, but he's only got a supporting role AND it's 156 episodes. I doubt I'd…
I haven't watched it yet as I have so many dramas on the go at the moment, my daughter (19) is job hunting and needs rides to interviews and my husband is on holiday but also facing an op, plus it's my birthday (I'll be 52) next weekend - I just can't fit another drama in. But good to hear it's cute so I will add it to the 'to watch list' despite there not being a lot of Sawamura Ikki in it. Thanks for all the info.
Does it have less of an ambiguous ending than the Korean version? I know of arguments STILL going because of that…
There's a lot of people who say they didn't die that Rain's character saved them in the end; there's also quite a few who aren't sure. I took it they died together and he'd forgiven her; but I've been told I'm utterly and completely wrong....so...hence my question.
Wow!!Drama about Sima Yi! With this cast?! I'm so in! <3
mlhs -- THANK YOU, I do love learning new information about my favourite books. I love the book regardless of who is responsible for my version - but I will say it's the most interesting book I've ever read and Cao Cao deserves my thanks; as do you for telling me. :)

LOL! Anyone with evil inlaws like this poor woman (and me) would know that's how we get through the days - imagining what we might do. Although she's suffering more than me because she's got a nightmare husband as well. :D
Does ANYONE know where I can watch this - I've seen the trailers and it looks really good. But I've checked all my usual go to sites and I can't even find it unsubbed! HELP! Thanks.
Akira to Akira is top of the list for me because.......Saito Takumi. He's my bias because he's a gifted actor, lovely guy in RL and easy on the eyes....apart from that drama I like the look Five, Hello Harinezumi, Aishite tatte, Himitsu wa Aru and Wanitokagegisu in that order. I'd love to watch Gomen, Aishiteru but the Korean version had me drowning in my own tears and only kept afloat by the crates of tissues I had surrounding me....so I'm not sure I can go through that again.
That summary should end with '.........umtil she finally snaps, kills her cheating uncaring husband and his evil mistress and buries their dismembered corpses in the Sea of Trees (aka The Suicide Forest). She then uses her mother in law as the foundations for her extended garden patio, before starting a new life with her son in Sakawa. She meets a nice man and her life begins anew a with loving husband who happens to be an orphan.'
He was excellent in Piece and Pin to Kona....I tend to keep a look out for him in dramas because his acting is always so on point. I've been told his acting in Hokuto was stunning, but I haven't seen it yet sadly.
Anyone know what's happened to the drama sites? Kissasian is struggling to stream apparently, and I've…
LPA - That's the problem with KA, whilst DN and DC have their own pop up issues they don't usually carry the viruses that KA's often do and they DON'T appear every time you touch your mouse, unlike at KA. I can recommend both DC and DN, DN edges it because, whilst run by the same people, it has the ability to have a bookmarks list of favourites. :)
Nigeru Wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu was THE *BEST* romcom I've seen in a long time. ❤️❤️ Japanese, Korean, ALL of them - this is little romcom, with it's cute dance we fans all learnt, is the best. It was so funny and as me and my daughter are so much like Hoshini Gen's character, Tsuzaki Hiramas, we really identified with the characters. Unsure of others feelings, unsure of what to do......
I'm serious here, I shook my husband's hand goodnight for first THREE dates - worse, it would've been more but thankfully on the fourth date he realised I hadn't a clue and grabbed my hand, pulling me forward to kiss me.......
