There's a reason - it's because there's NEVER been a shortage of, nor a prejudice against, younger women dating/marrying…
Meanwhile the female teacher that bangs the 15 year old male student gets a fine and some probation but the male teacher that hooks up with a female student loses his job and gets put on a registry after jail yes muh real life
Go back to your made up gender studies echo chamber and obsess over how terrible women have it today lmao

No need. Stay engrossed in your ancient histories. If you believe hard enough, maybe one day you will wake up in the 1800s and be correct. Until then, enjoy all these shunned and looked down upon noona romances that mysteriously keep being made.

I disagree. Its the complete opposite. I dont know what fantasy land you live in, perhaps you secretly have a time machine and live in the past and are part of royalty where men got away with it. Lmao.
I am glad to see Lee Ji Ah again! I hope this is good, ill watch it when its done airing. Also about time for older male younger female but I dont get the complaints. Noona romance is so loved but the opposite is disliked lmao. Hypocrites. Anyway Lee Ji Ah is listed first and is listed as a main lead but she isnt on the cover?
What an adorable drama. I did not expect much honestly, it was just something to watch while I waited for other dramas to finish airing but it ended up being really really good. I actually laughed at many parts, the chemistry was good as well and the romance was so cute.
Easy 9/10 for me. Fantastic.
Its seriously funny, I love it.
Han Groo just because a favorite of mine. Too bad she hasnt done more dramas, especially recently. I really want to see her again! Honestly she was the best part of the drama, they nailed it when they picked her for the role and she knocked it out of the park with her acting. She is great.
There actually not bad. Not as stiff as some kdrama kisses, not as passionate as others. I personally love the…
How does she have to be for them to do a normal kiss without any camera tricks? She is 18 or 19 right so whats the big deal. Oh well, ill give it a watch anyway once it finishes!
I did not like the ending that much. I really disliked how open it was. Its another case of the story being too strong and not knowing how to resolve everything they built up to. Regardless if its a good or sad ending, things need to be resolved.
Also thought it was annoying how they could have resolved everything easily by just killing the priestess, but instead they let her take her sweet time to ruin everything.
Bu Ja
I loved her, but hated how things ended for her. Nothing really resolved. She did not get her justice, her whole arc was thrown away, she never got to really see her mom herself or anything. What a let down, why bother wasting time on her character if you will deliver nothing with her?
PK
I am upset he did not end up with Bu Ja, the Sea Prince aka Alice, or the priestess Ahn Sa Yeong. His scenes and side story just got tossed aside to. Things were pretty unfair for him. No he is alone with no one. He got screwed. I dont even like him as a character too and I can tell he got shafted from lazy writing.
Prince/Alice
Literally died for no reason, nothing expanded on their character. Existed for no reason really. I blame the writing honestly.
Priestess- Ahn Sa Yeong
She was good and cared for her love but he betrayed her in such a cruel way, so I get why she was so bitter but I felt that no one bothered trying to empathize with her. PK tried and she was willing to knock her antics off but the writers made him disregard her so she never really got her own justice or punishment really. PK killing her was cruel for PK also. She deserved to be loved. Instead Bu Ja, herself, and PK all got screwed.
Summer Fairy
Another sad one. It was never fully explained with her deal was, it was more of a side note with no effort. She dies, again for a dumb reason, and thats it. No being reborn or anything happy or bad. Just end of character. Its lazy.
Princess Iron Fan
Same thing as Summer Fairy. Though it did at least get resolved and a fleshed out story which I appreciate. I do not consider it a sad or bad ending, nor a good and happy one. But I did like it simply because her conclusion exists. I do wish she at least got to see Ma Wang and her son once though.
Ma Wang
Love this guy. Sucks though he can never tell his son who he is. Why would the son be punished? Heavens are really incompetent but nothing comes of it. Again I blame the writing, trying to be grand and epic with the story telling but without the effort. Its just weird. Great character though along with his loyal dog assistant. Love the bromance between him and Son Oh Gong
Jin Seon Mi
Dead and suffers her whole life because everyone is so incompetent and dumb. Unresolved ending and fate with a shoehorned crappy ending in the last few minutes. What an injustice. And why go to the underworld? She didnt do anything wrong. I hope its just poor translation error on the subbers or its correct but the meaning of the word is different in SK than in the US.
Overall good plot idea but poor execution. Its like they had no time to write it and flesh things out properly, the same way with the acting stunts CGI and the issues that plagued the production because it wasnt pre produced.
Ugh oh well
Still a solid 7/10 for me, though I struggled with not giving it a 6 or 6.5 out of 10. I felt I was being to harsh but idk. The ride was fun but the destination not so much.
Disappointed they did not resolve the sub story with Yeo Jin. I made her scenes with her husband dying and her hyper advanced terminator leg and struggle to find love seem pointless and the last minute betrayal was awkward as hell. Her story went from interesting to completely falling apart to "thats it"
Other than that it was an ok drama. I really like Lee Min Jung and her character too. I especially loved Hwang Bo Ra and her character too. I wish she would be in more dramas.

Nice article anyway
The umbrellas never cover anyone properly and the leads always get wet from the rain anyway. Sometimes they are visibly drenched from the chest down.
