No she was gorgeous. The only major change to me appearance wise pre and post makeover is how she carried herself
Yeah, that's a very subjective topic. I thought, and believe you agree, she was beautiful both before and after. However, I personally am not a huge fan of bangs, so I think she looks prettier after solely due to that, but I'm talking like she went from a 9.9 to a 10.
We r in the half of the show and there only 6 ap left why this is a slow pace 😫I can't wait why there in no…
It depends on the genre. This drama is a friend group slice of life first, romance of mains second. There are dramas still coming out where romance is the main genre, but expecting it out of every drama will really only leave you disappointed.
If you really think about it, if Ju Yeong just rolled down his window, Dong Ju would have given him a reckless driving ticket, or whatever is the equivalent in SK, and he could have used his connections to make it disappear, and it would have been business as usual. Him dragging Dong Ju blocks with his arm stuck in the window is the entire cause of his downfall. Dong Ju probably wouldn't have even found the body of that customs agent if it wasn't for his overreaction.
Like, I know it was an illegal car etc, but he legitimately has connections to the point that he can steal back an entire seized connex box full of highly illegal drug precursors, murder people in broad daylight, basically do whatever he wants, and it will all just vanish. It's kind of weird that he acted the way he did at the start since he knew he was already untouchable
On ep 3 and I just can't deal with Rin. I get falling for the cold, indifferent type. I don't get falling for the straight up mean, borderline verbally abusive type that openly tells her ex how much she still loves them right in front of you. Like, Rin isn't a red flag, she's f'ing Mars
I'm not sure about in SK, but I know in China it's kind of taboo early in the pregnancy. Like, they say there…
Yeah, I've only ever heard no alcohol, smoking, drugs, limited to no caffeine while pregnant. Other than that, as long as there's no medical issues, you do you
There actually IS a reason Reina hates her. It just hasn't been shown yet, and that's IF they are following the…
Yeah, it's actually worse in this version than in the KDrama since Misa's mom was actually nice, or at least cordial, to Reina as well, she just didn't want to live with her. Like, she gave her the bracelets and stuff.
In the KDrama, that couple was just pure, toxic trash
The Spider-Man scene was so well written! I was so confused at first wondering why they couldn’t do it if she…
I'm not sure about in SK, but I know in China it's kind of taboo early in the pregnancy. Like, they say there should be no intimacy for the first 3 months of the pregnancy or something to avoid harm to the baby. It could be something along those lines. And this is just based solely off what I've seen in Dramas, so no clue IRL lol
He didn't, but I still think it's rude. That's definitely an in-person announcement imo. It'd be different if they were in a long distance situation, but they live together
I think it was one of those moments where she wasn't going planning on mentioning it but it just happened. I'm…
I don't think she has lukewarm feelings. To me, their relationship just seems like a very normal married for years relationship. Every married couple I know has hot and cold periods, and it seems like they are just in one of the ruts atm. Her pregnancy I'm guessing is going to change the dynamic back into a happy phase
I like how even though it's obvious LJS and MKY are the leads, all the main role characters actually have a main role. So many shows will have the friend group labelled as main roles, but they are way closer to being a support role in actuality.
Actually Heath Ledger's Joker line fits this perfectly now that I think about it...
"Oh, you. You just couldn't let me go, could you? This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. You truly are incorruptible, aren't you? You won't kill me out of some misplaced sense of self-righteousness. And I won't kill you because you're just too much fun. I think you and I are destined to do this forever."
Not sure what ep you're on but later on they reveal why he was really fired
I wrote that during the scene they introduced the mean girl. Glad to know there was actually a reason though, lol. Because that really doesn't make sense when they already mentioned that it was understaffed
Jong-Hyeon’s eye injury and Ha-Na’s hearing issues magically ceased to exist?
Jong Hyeon's eye injury I think was already completely healed at the start of the drama, he just had PTSD from it, and had/has a strong aversion to sharp things. I don't think it just went away magically, throughout the show it was shown he was less and less afraid of knives, kind of like immersion therapy.
Han Na's hearing thing was kind of weird. They introduced it, then never really did anything with it. It ended with her just telling Dong Ju she finished her medicine treatment
Finished it. imo eps 1-4 were fun to watch, Eps 5-12 were just frustrating overall with no actual progress to the story, then from 13 until the end it redeemed itself a bit since they actually progressed the story. I'll give it a 7 overall, but if they made this an 8 or 10 episode drama instead of 16 and removed a lot of the pointless 1 step forward 2 steps back in every aspect of the plot, it would easily have been a 9+ show.
Really, most dramas in this genre are usually only 8-10 eps. I don't know why they decided to double the run time for it
I would say the punch-drunk works just like that it comes and goes but the frequency is based on how much damage…
It could have been a few days, sure, but the damage to his face was weeks worth of swelling and discoloration. He wasn't avoiding Han Na that long. Even Jae Hong said it was a couple days ago when Jeong Hyeon took him to the hospital, and Dong Ju was around Han Na for a couple scenes before that scene

Really perfectly fits Dong Ju and Ju Yeong
