I haven't watched ep 10 yet, but nobody has to go to jail. The only fate that has to happen is Wataru and Misa's, since they are the ones that came back. Reina and Tomoyo didn't go to jail until after she died, so it's not part of the fate. And Sumiyoshi got cheated on and got the cancer, which is the original fate of Misa, so that did happen in the show

Tomoya thinking Misa came for him with his stupid grin on his face and she's just like "Get the f out of the car, you, let's go" and strands him LMAO

They are the same story, so it doesn't matter. There isn't any context you get from one that will help in the other, other than knowing the main plot. I like both a lot, and both are going to be 9.5, but I give the nod to the J version as being better

I'm only up to ep 5 on 23.5, so I can't tell you for sure, but I'm liking it so far. IMO, this one is the better drama out of the 2 though. The story is flowing at a better pace in Whale Store. There's also a lot less main Supporting Characters that helps a lot. Like 23.5 follows a bunch of the kids, whereas Whale Store really only focuses on like 5 people

Even with the BoA coming back thing, she was mad and confused for like 30 minutes screen time but believed his explanation as soon as she got the courage to ask about her

Yeah I thought I hated Min Hwan and Su Min, but Tomoya and Reina are honestly next level evil. Especially the scenes where Reina is furious, Sei legitimately looks scary, like I wouldn't want to be anywhere near her wrath lol

He was stressing about them coming and the stress killed him. Major chains like that almost always kill the mom and pop stores, and his already wasn't doing amazing

Why can't their friends know? Why is Tonnam the only person she is fully okay with knowing? Maewnam knows too, but like my previous comment, I'm only 60% sure she even knew prior to ep 1

It's also kind of weird how you don't want to see her in a spicy drama because she "looks young", but at the same time are okay with her kissing and flirting with Milk in cuter dramas. If she looks that young to you, then both types of dramas should be the same to you. Or is sex pdf but kissing and flirting not to you?

Exactly, like I couldn't even tell you if Maewnam actually found out in ep 1 when she caught them in the stairwell. Like, I believe she already knew, but they were "fighting" in front of only her earlier in the episode. How can you go years with someone who refuses to even tell their openly gay good friend? Their story would make more sense, and I think less people in the audience would be mad at Chom if they were only a couple months into dating, a year at most

She also seems to honestly think it's a Tonnam problem. She literally doesn't see any fault in herself. It's so irritating, especially with the rest of the story being so cute
