it's been more than 6 months since i watch the SP and last night i rewatched the last 'discussion' part between Mitsuo and Yuka.
Yuka's opinion about their marriage, the way that she doesn't want his husband 'change' for her, about her wanting to have kids, Mitsuo's "i love you", their last hug, and Mitsuo's letter to Yuka.. all of that scenes made me weep again :") it's a bittersweet ending, very realistic, and i prefer this kind of ending :)
Now that it's over.. why do i get teary eyed? T.T I totally love the show. it's simple, relaxing, delightful, and full of warmth. It takes me a while to finish it because i don't want to part with three of them. Hyori is always kind and thoughtful. Sang Soon is a sweet person. And Ji Eun is soo precious <3
Still quite lacking in some aspects, for example the lead girl character (we don't have much information about her though...) and there's a big part of the story that is not necessary. The music in the end is really good. Overall, it's an enjoyable movie :)
Please someone tell me is this show depressing? I am going through a hard phase in my life( related to work and…
Hi AJ, All of characters here in the drama are depressed and lonely people. We get to see a glimpse of their mundane lives and hardships. The dark mood, dim lighting, sad OSTs.. these things are very consistent until the end of the show.
BUT, the main point of the story is about how these 'depressed lonely people' reach their own happiness and 'comfort' in their lives. By the time i finished the last episode, i felt "i have to be a better person again, and it starts at this moment." That's why, for me, this drama is such a huge source of motivation. A drama that will 'recharge' your tired soul, everytime.
2 years without Gong Hyo Jin's kdrama... the drought is real. But imo, she better stay in movies for the time being.. unless Noh Hee Kyung offers her another project..
