Title Yumi's Cells Season 2 Spoiler
First of all, I'm sorry for my English, I'll do my best!Everything is clear for me from the end of the first season.Woong…
Ooh you have a point about them being in similar situations. I thought it was so out of place & irresponsible for Yumi to buy Babi such an expensive gift when she struggles finacially. But it's pretty much the same thing as when Woong gave her the keyboard or when he bought her new table after destroying the old one in S1.

Title Yumi's Cells Season 2 Spoiler
I know it’s a drama so I shouldn’t take it seriously but I actually said out loud to my tv, “what are you…
Yeah you're right, but at the same time, I feel that it would be soo hard for her. We see her doing overtime daily and if I were her, I would have no energy to spare after that. But she definitely should have prepared financially for at least a few months before resigning or tried to reduce her hours. Or maybe moved back to her parents? But maybe that will happen in the future...

am I the only one who can't feel chemistry between babi and yumi? like everything happen between them so fast…
Yeah, I kinda get the same feeling... also he's character is barely developed which only adds to lack of chemistry, especially comparing to fantasric chemistry of Yumi and Woong in S1

I do really like BaBi, but I feel they are not giving us enough to really get to know him, his cells and his life…
Same! For now I still feel like BaBi is from another universe or sth. Like in S1 we got so deep into Yumi's and Woong's feelings and motivations, that BaBi just seems too unrealistic right now. Even though Woong had so many flaws I still like him more, just cause I feel like he's a real person and not just an imaginary man.

Ok, wasn't the most convinced with the beginning of S1, but after getting through some rough parts and plots I wasn't used to, S2 is just amazing! So satisfying! But won't be watching S3 due to the bad reviews, I'll let the fond memory of S2 stay in my mind hehe

I hate starting ongoing dramas, it has been so hard waiting for this drama though. I want to see Kim Woo-bin acting…
Yeah, same, in my country there's like 4 episodes available. I don't understand why they stopped to just release the whole series in a bulk once it's ended in Korea. At least that way I didn't have to wait until 2 months after a show's over...

Man... Started it looking for something like Sky Castle, but that's def not the case XD And I see from the comments that I'm not the only one who thought that. I dunno what to do with this one, it's def entertaining but I'm not sure if I can cope with looking at all the awfulness. Just remembered what a struggle it was to get through Secret... Maybe I'll watch Penthouse once in a while if I have nothing better on my plate, but in the future I'll just stay away from makjang dramas

Well that was unexpected. I actually loooved the concept of the original series - a super tiny girl-superhero. I wouldn't mind watching sth like that again. Also I liked the original but think it wasn't perfect. I remember it lacking in some ways - the romance at one point felt super unnatural and a bit forced, also I felt uncomfortable with it switching from a super cute comedy to really dark themes. If this one would correct those mistakes, I'm here for it!

Oh no, you missed the most epic villain reveal of all time in Vincenzo =PAbout Vincenzo I think its worth giving…
I've seen the reveal and it would been so much better if I recognized the character right off the bat >< It's my foult though, I'm so bad with names and faces when I watch a show, no matter if it's an Asian show or European show. In Vincenzo it took me like an episode to recognize the character hahaha, all of the suspense was gone by then

Honestly, it's been getting harder for me to get into a drama. There aren't many which have me hooked right from the start, and I do not have a lot of patience. If I'm not feeling it I have a hard time finishing even one episode. But I know it's not black and white - I got into Prison Playbook on like ep 3 and it's one of my favourites, I'd really miss out if I dropped it. But still, it's a chore getting through stuff I'm not feeling..

Great article as usual! As for dropping dramas, I try to watch at least one episode and if nothing holds my attention…
I tried really hard to watch Vincenzo but it was just too over the top for me... Like, I love Mr Queen's over-the-topness, but Vincenzo was just cringy and hart to watch. Tried to at least make it a show I watch in the back when I crochet (I got through My ID Is Gangnam Beauty like that), but it was too much and I dropped it.

Damn I'm at ep 4, started it for the romance & healing, but now reading all the comments I kinda don't know if watching further is the best idea... I haven't seen it for myself ofc but kinda get a Something in the Rain vibes from the comments? I really wanted to start that one too but never did cause everybody said how bullshit some plots were (especially family drama)

For a drama that is only 6 episodes, this is surprisingly hard to finish. I just can’t connect with it.
I feel you, I forced through the first 3 episodes, and I don't think I can continue anymore. I just feel so tired watching it, like some of the plots are cute but why do I feel like the show is just starting 3 eps in when it has 6 eps overall...

I'm torn on Mr Queen. Episodes 1-19 were some of the best I've seen in my life, but the utter dispair that I felt after the ending - I don't know it it's worth it. Seriously, it took me so long back then to get a grip on my life again XD

There are no chances to see all round 3 in the next episode right?.. Why do they have to split the rounds!
In my opinion there was no need to split round 3 into 3 episodes... They could have easily made 2 eps - skip the interim check and the hella prolonged process of forming of the units, and we would still be left with a lot of content outside of the performances. Like if you count that every performance lasts 4 minutes, we will get around 25 mins of final performances content, for like 6? hours of the show in total? That's just crazy to me xD

Actually it depends. Like last time, Park bom couldn't get the desirable votes that she was expecting, so casting…
Yeah, Kep1er shouldn't be there. Like it's totally predictable that they will be at the bottom due to their lack of experience. And I'm so worried about the toll that will take on these girls to be constantly evaluated so low - and just a few months after their own survival show, which was super unpredictable right until the very end.

But for the other groups & Hyolyn, I think that it should be (at least on paper) quite a fair competition - all of them have a fair experience in the industry, and just like @Kamlyn blossoms said, it's not a given that the sunbae would win. Like in the last season G-Idle was 3rd, and debuted just in 2018, whereas Park Bom took the last spot.

I really empathised with Brave Girl's Min Young in the sense of her not having enough confidence in her own abilities,…
(Btw I'm not assuming your age or saying that younger people can't relate - it's just that way for me haha. Feeling like 21 inside but unfortunately that's not the case anymore haha)

I really empathised with Brave Girl's Min Young in the sense of her not having enough confidence in her own abilities,…
It's definitely something new - like in survival shows we get to see girls who are not confident in their skills as well, but they are for the most part very young and at the start of their path, making it more relatable for younger people. On the other hand, Min Young is 31, very experienced and successful (after blowing up in 2021), but shows that she is still lacking in terms of self confidence. I think that many 20-30 somethings can relate to her - even when you give your all and get good results in your work, you can still feel like you're not enough, especially compared to others.

That's why it was so touching for me to see her being supported by Hyolyn. Honestly, everybody deserves a mentor like her - hell, I wish I had somebody like that in my life. Loved their relationship.
