LOL you're clearly watching the wrong J dramas. Majority of the FLs are not like that.

I'm only on episode 2 but I'm in love.. the FL is so adorable and pretty. I really want to pinch her cheeks and give her a tight hug. She's so natural; definitely one of the better modern C actresses I've seen.
TAIGA TAIGA JIRETTAIGAAAAAAAA! 😂 Initially, I wanted to put a disclaimer that only people who understand and love Japanese humour should watch this but I loved it so so much that I'd love everyone to see it and appreciate it. WHAT A FREAKING CLASSIC. All the characters, their comic timing, the chemistry they had together - it was a freaking riot. I laughed my ass off after a long time. Not only was it funny, but had so much heart. I rooted for and fell in love with each and every character. The writing was stellar, the editing & direction was pitch perfect. No words for the acting because it didn't seem like they were acting at all. Highly highly recommend this gem for all <3
This was such a freaking riot I'M IN LOVE. Haven't laughed this hard in a long time. And the best part, it wasn't just funny, it had tons of heart. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO WATCH THIS!!!! On to the drama :)

Most J dramas are not silly. There's a small percentage of them that are, which get popular unfotunately.
