He's one of the few actors I have a soft spot for. There's this sincerity he always brings to each role he plays. I love him so much. Hope he'll do a new drama/movie soon..
I'm probably the only person in this comments section who is enjoying the drama. 2 episodes in, we're only starting to delve into the story, the characters are only starting to interact & get to know each other. I think it's too early to judge how this will turn out. I love the twist of comedy in this situation & I'm looking forward to see how this plays out. I find it different and fun so far!
Wow this was such a classic tale of love, jealousy & friendship. I loved it. It was so intense. The acting, music, screenplay & writing was great. Highly recommended for a mature audience who enjoys watching complex relationships that may not be the norm. 8/10
It started off really cheesy, but ended up being a decent, sweet love story. It was no masterpiece, but it wasn't bad at all. Give it a try if you're looking for a very simple romantic story without complex characters.
A very honest and frank opinion here, the budget of this drama looks awful compared to the korean version and…
J dramas have fantastic acting. Watch the regular dramas. I won't comment on the budget because it looks fine to me. That's actually how offices in Japan look.
I mean, I understand that men tend to be idolized for philandering while women are put down for their sexuality…
Of course, infidelity isn't cool at all. But it is very real & exists in every corner of the world unfortunately. What I liked about this show was that it didn't try to justify the infidelity, rather it just presented things for what it was.
I WASN'T EXPECTING KANAME JUN IN THIS SHOW! Happy to see him here. He's so so underrated :( Also I can't get Suzuki Ryohei's character from Renai Mangaka out of my head whenever I hear him speak HAHA. I'm just happy to see him in 2 back to back roles this year.
On to the episode, I liked it. This show's either going to be a hit or a miss. Let's see where it goes. I don't enjoy politics much in medical dramas, but I personally think it was well done in this, without being dramatic. I quite like that we got that out of the way or at least established all that opposition & conflict in the very first episode so we know what we're in for. I love most of the cast (that's a talented bunch) so that's definitely a selling point for me. I'm looking forward to see what this show brings to the table. Also I loved the ending OST!!
First of all, I’m so happy to see more people write articles on J dramas. They deserve so much more attention & love.
On to the article, it was written so beautifully & did a fantastic job at selling this drama. I could tell that this was written by two people who loved the drama.
Great great job! It brought such a huge smile on my face. I’m pretty sure everyone who reads this will walk away wanting to watch/re-watch this amazing drama :)
I'd like to recommend some dramas/movies that actually deal with some of these issues well -
- Kokoro no Kizu wo Iyasu to Iu Koto [mental health] - To Each His Own [depression] - Hokuto [abuse, & social work] - Iguana No Musume [beauty standards & parental neglect] - Bokura wa Kiseki de Dekite Iru [self-love] - Boku no Aruku Michi [autism] - MARS (Taiwanese) [mental disorders] - The Rose [loneliness & feeling stifled] - Closed Ward - Kimi no Te ga Sasayaite Iru [deafness]
I need a Season 2, pretty please.
Hope this gets subbed! I really wanna watch it.
