This is like a guilty pleasure to me. I watch it whenever I need a fast dopamine fix in between longer and serious dramas.

I'm currently watching this and have now watched 13 episodes of the first season. And you said it just right! This seems too long. The episodes are long but I still feel like nothing that big or important really happens - until the end of an episode that you get "a huge plot twist". A drama this long (with 30 episodes in two seasons) should either be more gripping or shorter. I also feel like the blooming romance between the older couple is actually maybe more interesting and makes me giggle more than Mu-deok and Jang Uk. Somebody on facebook promised me some angst as the show goes on but I haven't even properly cried yet. The show hasn't been dark or heavy, it's lighter than I expected. And I'm craving for some heartbreak and trauma! I'm kinda tired with all the comedy in this, even tho it makes me smile.

I haven't watched this (yet). But OMG it has two of the ahjuhssis (is a man over 40 year old already in that age?)…
And oh, yeah... I don't know how long it takes in Korea to study to be a lawyer. But four years seems quite a short time. At least in my home country, being a lawyer demands a university degree and takes at least 5 years.

I haven't watched this (yet). But OMG it has two of the ahjuhssis (is a man over 40 year old already in that age?) that I adore: So Ji Sub and especially Shin Sung Rok. Ah, there's just something so charming in these handsome grown-up actors 🤭 And based on what I've seen from Shin Sung Rok so far - Liar Game and You Who Came From The Stars - I'm quite thrilled.

I just finished this - and it was great. There was slower episodes/parts. But overall, every episode and every scene was important in some way and the drama was able to stay interesting and tension-filled until the last episode. The acting (especially Ji Chang-wook and Wi Ha-joon) was so brilliant, the themes of morality and what is right/wrong or being good/bad etc was executed well. This was though-provoking, intense, heavy, brutal and made me feel a lot of emotions - and I love love looove dramas that are able to do that. This was near perfection. Now I feel kinds empty and don't know what to watch next - maybe something a little ligther?

Title The K2
Ji Chang-wook is one of my favorite korean actors (and I know I'm not the only one who likes him a lot). But this kdrama was a let-down, unfortunately. It started well, the first episodes were interesting. But then it started to drag a lot and there was a lot of boring political stuff that I feel like wasn't really that important to the plot. JCW seemed to have more chemistry (or tension) with Song Yoon Ah than Lim Yoon A. Also Yoon A's character, Anna, was annoying, even tho I was pleasantly surprised about Yoon A's acting. One thing that also bothered me was the filming: the camera shaked too much and I guess it was intentional - but I didn't like it. The ending of this drama, maybe like the last 3 episodes, were good. But overall, this kdrama had a lot of potentional that wasn't really used, unfortunately. This is probably my least favorite JCW drama so far (I haven't seen all of them yet).

I'm suffering from NDD, definitely. If I'm watching a drama and it just isn't interesting enough, I can't drop it. Especially if there is one of my favourite actors in it. Then I just watch it because of that one actor. I want to be loyal lol. And also, I'm the type of person that don't want to give up on something that I've started. Because it can still get good (usually it doesn't).

I have watched 9/20 episodes of this and then it has been On hold for many years. I admit it: I started watching Iris mainly because T.O.P is in it and he is my ultimate bias.. :D I know I'm shallow. And I know this drama is great in some way - the kissing scenes were really goo too - but I just didn't enjoy watching it back then. Maybe I should just pick it back up again and finish it.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the original korean version of Full House. And I think that may be the reason that I can be pleasantly surprised when I start watching this. And I will watch this pretty soon, I guess.

Is this a remake of the American tv-sereis named Mentalist? If it is I hope they will make it good because the original Mentalist is a good series.

The trailer reminds me a little bit of the Skins, even tho I've not seen more than couple of episodes it :D

It has been about a year when I watched the first season. I think I'll also watch the second season in this summer. Oguri Shun as Hanazawa Rui was great! I had second male-lead syndrome because of him (just like with Ji Hoo in BOF). Oguri Shun is just adorable and I definitely want to see more dramas where he is in!

It says that the episodes are about 50min long. Why is the first episode over 1,5 hours long then? I'm just wondering.

is this a good drama??
Well, I'm on episode 4 and I'm liking this so far :) It reminds me a little bit about the American tv series Sex and the City.

Is it stupid to start watching this only now? Is this still on-going? I have certain episodes that I'm especially interested in.
