When the little king feels scared to go on the stage to give the prizes, she says she compares him to his father…
She’s referring to the only father that he would be familiar with, the one who raised him. She’s not necessarily saying that he’s like his biological father.
is it just me or the main characters aren’t likable? idk i just can’t connect with them at all
They both have been through a lot since childhood, treated harshly and unfairly by their fathers, unloved. So, they might appear cold on the surface. But, underneath, each has so much warmth. I find them very likable. I understand this personality type—cold outside/warm inside—very well.
OOOUU!! I need ALL the episodes ASAP 😭🔥 The pacing is so good, the visuals are stunning, and that comedy…
I don’t know that she wants to eliminate Taeju from getting any inheritance at all. If so, that would be wrong and unfair. I think, instead, she just wants her fair share piece of the pie too. She wants each person to be given an inheritance according to his/her strengths. Her strength is business. Therefore, she wants to be CEO as rightly she should be. Taeju needs to find his strengths. But, he should not be removed as an heir altogether. Perhaps, Huiju could take Taeju under her wing and train him to be a better businessman. They should team up instead of being adversarial.
Guys, I have this theory that Queen Mother had something on the former King when he was the Crown Prince. (Maybe he was gay?) That’s how she was able to force him into marriage against his will. She used the marriage to cover up her illegitimate pregnancy with someone else. The little King, therefore, is not actually the legitimate heir of the late King. Grand Prince knew the whole truth about everything and was begging his brother not to go through with the marriage in that wedding flashback we saw.
i dont feel giddy watching them, they look like older sister and younger brotherdi ako kinikilig huhu para silang…
He does have a younger vibe than she does. But, in real life, he is older. In this drama, however, they seem well-matched, on the same level. He has the sunbae vibe here.
personally, i think that this is actually really good while you're watching it, but when a new episode comes out…
I feel the urge to watch asap. My whole purpose of getting through the week is to make it to Friday so that I can watch a new episode. I love this show!
