Sometimes Luke can really melt 🫠💕my heart. When he speaks nicely and is sweet, he’s reallllllly sweet.

Yep. The lead characters spark so much discourse, debate, and analysis. It seems like a simple story, yet there’s so much to dissect—Who’s the red flag? What is a red flag? Is this love? Or is this lust? Is Flora a victim of a power imbalance? Or is she the one calling the shots? Is Luke ethical or unethical? Who’s right? Who’s wrong? Who fell/loves harder, deeper in this relationship? Who’s the weaker communicator? Is this relationship proper or improper?—It makes you think.

The acting. The story development. The chemistry. The side characters. The visuals. The love scenes. All very good. Not a dull episode ever.

Pleasant drama. Hardworking, admirable FL character.

What evidence is there to support your claim that Luke is commitment-phobic? Hasn’t he called her his girlfriend to his close friends? Didn’t he want to go public with the relationship only conceding due to her wish to keep it private?

Flora is not using Alex to make the ML jealous. Also, I am not entirely sure that Alex is interested in her romantically. Maybe the Director is just trying to mislead us. I guess we will find out for sure in the next episode.

Luke doesn’t always give security to FLora in the relationship either. He displayed zero discernment regarding those flowers that got sent to the office which hurt Flora deeply because she misunderstood them to be for his childhood friend.

She interacts with Alex because he is her manager. There was no improper interaction there.

Definitely, OMG yes. But, only if he were a bit older. He definitely would nail it though.

Ou Hao could’ve done a good job. (He doesn’t showcase his sexiness nearly enough. He’s too much of a “serious” actor. But, he could definitely have nailed it. )
