I think they are performing at a New Year's Eve gala or event, which may be what they are referring to.

Her response was normal. She thought he was hurt, only to find out that everyone else knew what he was doing, and it appeared (at the time) that he couldn't be bothered to even message her (not necessarily a call). So, as someone who genuinely cares for people, this really hurt her, and this was the way she processed that hurt.

This is part of the reason I dislike the SML so much: he diminished her brightness. I'm glad the ML is bringing that out in her again.

Yeah, I felt the same way after watching that. It is not normal to not eat and stay in bed for three days simply because a grown adult has a relationship with someone. I realize this is common amongst the fans, but it is not normal and, quite frankly, is creepy behavior. I'm glad this show is showing it as unhealthy.

Her reaction is actually perfectly normal. I have reacted the same way with my husband... mad first, then happiness/relief. From the previews, it doesn't seem like they are dragging out the anger longer than one would imagine. This isn't poor writing, but rather reflects how actual people react to similar situations.

That made me tear up when she said that. He got "replacement" children to fill the void, and then, when he no longer needed them, just tossed them away. It was heartbreaking.

I finally finished (including the special episode) and am completely blown away! They kept me guessing until the end (which really doesn't happen that often). I loved all the twists and turns along the way. The cast and crew were amazing! I can't believe the rating is still as low as it is (for how great a show it is).

I'm glad you asked because this was driving me crazy. One reason why I don't like active shows on Netflix. I may need to get Youku because I don't want to wait anymore. >.<

I am a woman, and I don't get it either. I am glad it isn't just me. I don't know what she saw in him to begin with (beyond looks, I guess). He has consistently treated her like dirt and has been completely ambiguous about his feelings towards her. She is taking so long to get over a non-relationship with that ass-headed Bottom. It makes her character seem to have no self-respect.
