I'm up to episode 15..I can do this..I keep telling myself. It's just..its kind of hard to take serious, sometimes. There are moments that come through so poignant. And then some silly stuff happens. On one hand, its good to see a drama where someone's powers are not perfect.
Yet its a big risk setting us up to make it believable. I've noticed how the mood has changed in this drama with new music in the intro and ending. Unfortunately, there are some characters I would like to see more of.
I would have been happy if a certain main character had adopted someone..but I know that's pushing it cheesy. Best drama so far this year, for me. Loved YK & N in this. Honestly, a great cast!
OMG..KYK just gets better with age. He's had some fantastic characters his past year or so. It was great to see KK Young in this too. Song Jae Rim was so hot, too!
She is fantastic in whatever she's in. Loved her in Snow Piercer! I wasn't all that crazy about Radiant Office..perhaps its because I saw the last episode first. But she was great in that too.
I think the drama had many flaws but it's still worth watching because of Lee Joon he did an amazing job. As for…
This has to be Lee Joon's best work. I don't think he's accomplished any other character as well as he did in this drama. He was rather indifferent and robotic in that vampire detective drama he did. I had to wonder if it was an inside joke they used for his character in Father is strange (You could tell he was really enjoying being a part of that drama) Since then he's had so many anxieties while in the military. I just hope he performs more and finds some great projects after his military duty.
I loved and hated this drama. Yes, it could have been shortened. There were plenty of holes in this one. Not the brightest police in town. But Lee Joon obviously made it work. Loved his style. If you are a fan of his, watch it for him. This means, you might be going fast forward through a lot of it.
I finally finished Whirlwind Girl 2. I think what bothered me the most was the revelation of coaches falling in love with their student, or the other way around. Perhaps that's why the main character was so cautious. Still, I felt whirlwind girl was from the old tradition of feeling more of a servant than feeling she was within the circle of the others at the hall. Although I think she accepted being a part of the group as time went on. And I can see how she would feel that way by the end.
It took me forever to like JCW in this drama. I felt his character changed a lot.
The strange Part was seeing TH became so bitter and strange. Yet, I think this falls into the character types of Chinese villains...they love someone so much they become practically a psycho. And that hair..wow.
I did like the first season best.
1. they included more family and mature support for the sport and the family. 2. the links someone will go to to help someone achieve their goals.
