Yes, you need to create another account for Amazon JP using a Japanese address (you can use any Jpn address, it doesn't really matter). There is option for English language in the top page of the website and all the instructions will be in English.

Thanks! I'll probably take a look at it. 10 mins per ep, Korean is more stingy than Japanese, it ends when you just barely starts watching XD This way I'm grateful that at least CM episode length is twice longer and more episodes.

Actually the original manga is quite long, it's 23 volumes but yeah, it focuses on the core characters and their development, and not so much on the side characters, which is fine with me.

How come it is so low in the ranking? It is an excellent adaptation, solid plot, great script and you can see that the director, scriptwriter and actors have done great study about Go. Maybe because it doesn't have romance?

Is the drama popular on japan?
I think the drama is not intended for Japanese audience, it has been very much localized to Chinese audience. So far as localized adaptation, it is very successful so it has achieved its original target. I once dreaded of Chinese adaptations but this drama has proven otherwise!
