loving it, on episode 21 but just had to comment because LINGBO is so annoying, i can’t deal, please tell me someone kills her soon

loovveeeeeeed it. i think it felt more like a love story than a lust story compared to the kdrama. you get more in depth understanding and development of the characters. aesthetic is beautiful!!! and more satisfying ending. so so good!!

also if you’re watching on VIKI, i highly recommend watching with timed comments on. honestly was just the funniest thing i was crying with laughter😂😂😂😂

what…. even….. i think i need a while to recover from this one 😂 i laughed, cried, thought “WTF” so many times. and then did them all at once. it was every genre but also none. pandemic, dune, inception, alien, hunger games, like every movie you can think of was felt in this 😂 i didn’t even think that was possible, but here is the proof that literally nothing is impossible. NOTHING. i loved it so much, i think?? 😂😂😂 i don’t think i could watch this again though. it was one of those experiences that only happens once in your life 😂😂😂

bruhhhh how does a short DRAG so much. the last 6 ish episodes were painful. but besides that, actually really liked it overall. good aesthetic, couples chemistry was nice, well shot, nice OST. not my favourite short but worth the watch if you got spare time!

i was NOT expecting to love this as much as I did. some things really pissed me off, and it could sometimes feel slow but now that i’ve finished i miss all the little slow moments 😭 the chemistry between the leads was off the roof - their acting was amazing and so natural. i’m obsessed with the FLs voice, so tender and soft. honestly one i will remember for a long time

yea they mean Jingyan and she does give up on jingshi, but doesn’t necessarily go for jingyan either, it’s complicated 😭😭 she was annoying me so much at first too but she redeems herself a little with the Jingyan arc imo. don’t want to spoil too much - defo give another chance!!!

i need help because i actually liked Xia Jingyan in the end 😭😭😭 the last episode happened so quickly i wish we saw more of the life post everything. but overall great drama, CZY was amazing!!!

it definitely does do that i agree!! but i wish there could still be some gritty-ness from the past around a bit 😢but i guess that era was that period of youth and they are past it now 💔

the first half of this drama was so exciting, visually stunning, dark and mysterious and now this second half back in Nanjing isn’t making me feel as hooked :( also, bring back san lai and mike angelo!! 😂😂😂
